Life After Trauma

Life After Trauma

Faber Post-Trauma Model

D.C. Faber developed this treatment model based on his own diverse experiences. D.C. served as an officer in the US Army (Germany & S. Korea), in the Wyoming National Guard, and retired from the Laramie Fire Department as the Division Chief for Fire and Life Safety. He received the Bronze Star and Combat Action Badge for his service in Afghanistan. D.C. has presented the FPTM at mental health conferences, to state agencies, and to thousands of troops and their families, helping them, and other trauma survivors take what changed them and make it their strength. Teachers, counselors, parents, law enforcement, and the community at large will benefit from learning about the unique components of the FPTM and the immediate impact it has toward understanding and growth.
