Member of Black Mask

Producer and lyricist Maulskull, best known for founding Denver based hip hop outfit Black Mask, has been making noise in the indie rap scene for more than 6 years. Both solo and with full band backing, he has toured nationally promoting his pirate hip hop. Maulskull has played hundreds of shows, sharing stage space with respected acts like Grieves, Pharoahe Monch, Gza, Mac Lethal, Asher Roth, Slightly Stoopid, Mix Master Mike, RJD2 and even 80's rockstars Warrant just to name a few, as well as full scale national tours in 2012 and 2013 with DJ Abilities (Rhymesayers), Sadistik (Fake Four), The Chicharones (Camobear), Louis Logic (Fake Four), Sleep (Strange Famous) and many more. Fueled by the success of the most recent solo album (2012's "Us & Them") and Maulskull's Death By Thr33s EP series, which offered up a new 3 song EP every week for 19 consecutive weeks, he took his live solo set out for the entire summer on Warped Tour 2012, performing on the "Bring It Back" stage and distributing free music (over 7,000 copies of "Us and Them) hand-to-hand. In 2013, Maulskull has been hard at work producing tracks for his friends Sadistik, The Chicharones, Mane Rok, Prime Element, Verble and his Black Mask partners Aklock and AGFlux. Maulskull is also producing two new records for long time friend and touring buddy, Sleep of Oldominion (SFR) and the first is scheduled for release in the fall of 2013. You can check out Maulskull's amazing body of work for free at blackmask.bandcamp.com and enjoy a roller coaster ride of collaboration with artists like Tha Alkaholiks, Moka Only (Swollen Members) Josh Martinez, Celph Titled, Louis Logic, Verbal Kent (Molemen), Sleep, Verbal, Sole, Sapient and Eternia to name a few. Maulskull is currently in the studio recording his sophomore album "Un-amazing Grace" and working hard to bring his music to your doorstep in the coming year.

BullHead*ded: the next big thing to hit the hip-hop community. After doing somewhere around 100 shows together in 2009 it was only natural for two of Colorado’s premier hip hop groups to team up. Made Up Minds members Nato and ZET joined forces with Too Tone Taurus members Che Bong and JayPeS. to form the super group BullHead*ded. These four sharp-minded, strong-willed and BullHead*ded individuals will not let anything stand in their way. Not since the glory days of hip-hop has there been a power-house group of M.C.s all with there own unique style and flavor holding there own. Backed by the masterful production of Nato, BullHead*ded’s music is upbeat, stimulating and intellectual. It is the type of music that moves your body as well as your mind. Armed with epic music, an unforgettable live performance and a BullHead*ded mind set this team is unstoppabull. BullHead*ded’s debut album “Just The Tip” will be dropping summer 2012, to add to an already impressive list of releases including member Che-Bong's "Sleeping While You're Awake", and Made Up Mind's release "Of Sound Mind". No matter what the Chinese calendar says, 2012 is the year of the BULL. They are hitting the road and touring the beautiful countryside. Catch them in your town at you favorite venue. BullHead*ded has shared the stage with such greats as: Sage Francis, Pharoahe Monch, Dilated Peoples, People Under The Stairs, Doomtree, Souls Of Mischief, Del, Solillaquists Of Sound, Zion-I, EL-P, Mr. Dibbs, Pato Banton, Free Moral Agents, Astronautalis, Josh Martinez, Grayskul, Eyedea and Abilities, The Chicharones, Qwel, J-Live, Sleep, Planet Asia, Tha Alkaholiks, Ugly Duckling, DarkTimeSunshine, Glue, Sweatshop Union and many more.

Rhyme Progression

Boom-bapping his way out of Denver, Colorado, Rhyme Progression is a hip-hop emcee and producer in the prime of his grind. Rhyme Pro is often referred to as a mix of Atmosphere, Brother Ali, and Grieves. In 2009 Rob “Rhyme Progression” Fischer traveled to NYU to hone in on his musical abilities. While there he met up with many like-minded individuals that gave him a new insight on music. He learne
d the tricks to making raw underground hip-hop, from sampling records to introspective lyricism. Since the New York experience Rhyme Progression has managed to cause quite the national buzz, doing well over 50 shows in 2011 from Colorado to South Dakota and even Montana. In August of 2012 he headlined his first national tour which hit most of the Western United States. On stage he delivers an energetic, interactive show with DJ Blacksheep(Anthony Kunovic). In August of 2011 Rhyme Progression released his debut full-length album, All I Have is Music, which features Sapient of the Portland, OR based hip-hop group, Sandpeople. Since the release, the album has had international sales, as well as thousands of downloads across the US. Rhyme Progression released the Awoken EP in August of 2012 which has since been well reviewed and been featured on many college radio stations. It features Mac Lethal and while the 5 track EP was entirely produced by Rhyme Pro, there are 5 additional tracks produced by Blacksheep, Crates, and Maulskull. Keep your eyes and ears out for this new, young, and fresh artist as he continues his conquest of the hip-hop genre.
