A very special night with Dino and DiTommaso

"The hottest new act in town", (John Corr, The Philadelphia Inquirer, August 9, 1979)... "...one of the most dynamic duos to play in this area", (John Corr, The Philadelphia Inquirer, April 17, 1983).

This was only part of the buzz that Dino and DiTommaso were generating as a beloved and highly entertaining act performing a mix of original compositions and classic standards combined with hilarious and spontaneous comedy. Vocalist Ralph Dino, was a legend in the region known for his bluesy and gusty style, with a voice as good as anyone ever heard. Pianist Larry DiTOmmaso's swinging soulful style was the perfect match to complete the duo.

While packing clubs at night, by day they labored collaborating as pop songwriters and in 1985 they struck gold wih the mega hit, "Do What You Do", performed by Jermaine Jackson. The song hit #1 on Billboard's "Adult Contemporary" and eventually earned them a gold record and was honored by ASCAP as one of the most performed songs of 1985. They accepted the award in front of an elite audience of other winners like Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie, and Prince.

The Wall Street Journal praised their "can't fail melodies" and People Magazine touted there "versatility". Collectively, they went on to have their songs recorded by such diverse artists as Peabo Byson, Sergio Mendes, and Billy Eckstine to name a few.

Now, after some 25 years, Dino and DiTommaso will reunite to perform these hit songs as well as others from their recent recording, On the Right Track. Backed by a stellar band that includes veterans Steve Beskrone (bass), Tom Cohen (drums), and Chris Farr (sax), this night promises to be an experience not to be missed!
