Dead Winter Carpenters

Dead Winter Carpenters

Emerging from Northern California's fertile music scene, Dead Winter Carpenters is a rollicking, high-energy, roots-infused five-piece band from North Lake Tahoe, CA.

Defying musical boundaries, DWC blends elements of rock'n'roll, folk, roots, country, ragtime, blues, and reggae music with choice influences ranging from throughout rock
history and the traditional fiddle tunes of earlier times. This combination of authentic songwriting and dynamic musicianship gets the hips shakin' and feet dancin', epitomizing what a great live music experience is all about.

Poised with an arsenal of original material and an unyielding tour schedule, Dead Winter Carpenters is captivating audiences throughout the country and rapidly gaining a rabid fanbase.

The five-piece outfit consists of fiddler Jenni Charles, upright bassist Dave Lockhart, guitarists Jesse Dunn and Sean Duerr, and drummer Ryan Davis.

The Havana Honeys

The Havana Honeys are a modern folk band based out of the Mexico/Columbia area of Missouri. Formed around April 2012. The band first formed as a simple side project, recording covers in an apartment bedroom, and writing a few songs here and there. At the time The Havana Honeys only had three members, Josh Deal, David Myers, and Chris Fritschle. Later on Bradley Hutchinson was added to the group, and later in 2012, Slater Biggers was also added. The Havana Honeys focus on writing music with catchy melodies, and folk influences. Their music has been featured on 102.3 BXR's what's new for dinner, and on KOPN.
