Jessica Lee is a New York City-based singer/songwriter who grew up in Michigan. She began writing songs at an early age and began performing them soon after. She started training on the piano, and then moved through exploring other instruments such as the violin, the bassoon, the trumpet and the guitar. Her favorite instrument is the human voice! She moved to NYC to pursue music and acting, and currently performs acoustic and full band gigs around the city. Jaclyn Rose is a Filipina-American Artist with an eclectic gathering of sound that promotes a state of well-being and wholeness. Her style, ranging far and wide, falls under the select categories of R&B/Soul, Jazz, and Afrobeat, with a humble beginning based in Classical music. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Jaclyn both studied and graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Long Beach’s Bob Cole Conservatory of Music with a Bachelor’s degree of Music in Jazz Studies. She’s performed throughoutsouthern California and New York City gracing the stage and inspiring her fans with her vibrant performances, captivating lyrics, and uplifting sound.
Jaclyn Rose’s highly anticipated debut album entitled, “The Story of The Rose Movement,” was digitally released July 2013. What is The Rose Movement? It is a campaign to help people reach their goals launched by Jaclyn, herself, upon the initial writing and production process of this album. The musically diverse album conceptually depicts a thoughtprovoking story of a world that was saved by a single rose. In “The Story of The Rose Movement,” Jaclyn seamlessly integrates Jazz, Pop, R&B/Soul, Afrobeat, and a little bit of Punk Rock into a soulful and worldly fusion of dance music.
SUCKER is Candi Vee (bass and lead vocals), Janson Harris (guitars), and TimmyPrime (drums), a three piece female fronted original rock and roll band based out of Scranton, Pennsylvania. Sucker finished its second EP in the summer of 2012, described by the group’s local music magazine as “one of the most dangerously rocking local spins in recent memory” and officially released its first full length album on March 15, 2013.
Isa is a ground breaking artist on the rise. Born in NYC and raised in the Bronx, as well as having lived her adolescence in the Dominican Republic; her environment has played a crucial role in her molding as an artist. Operatically trained since age 14, Isa is no stranger to hard work and dedication to her craft. She admires and identifies with the stories, talent and work ethic of legendary artists like: Maria Callas, Rita Hayworth, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Madonna, Prince, Selena Quintanilla, Aaliyah and Lola Flores. As well as contemporary artists, such as: Lady Gaga, Beyonce Knowles and Rihanna.
Isa is a student at Pace University and continues to vocally train, as well as further developing her acting and dancing skills. She showcases all of her voice and talent as both a singer and a songwriter actively through her music. Isa maneuvers from one sound to another through a combination of her classical training, pop/soul training and creativity.
She is a mix of the classic past and the eclectic future. Seeking the knowledge of those that have come before her and the opportunities yet to come, she continues to remain humble and further develop. Dreaming from a distance is not an option for her.
Her debut EP, Montage, was released April 16th 2013. She is currently working on her next project as well as collaborating with other new talents and performing throughout the Tri-State area.
