Gilbere Forte

The inspiration to take music seriously led Gilbere to pursue a degree in Entrepreneurship & Business Management at Temple University, where he enrolled in the fall of 2006. As Gilbere progressed as a musician, he was aided by his brother DeNiro's own growth in the industry. Working in radio, brand management, and through his own production efforts, DeNiro provided Gilbere a trusted guide through the challenges of selling and working in music. Through him, Gilbere was introduced to the Junior Music Executive Program which lead to an internship with Studio 609 and award winning production duo Dre & Vidal. The experience and experimentation with Reason and Logic, along with live instrumentation, presented a true opportunity for Gilbere to carve out his own sonic identity. Staying close to the business while building his musical foundation he took another step in his progression as an artist – teaming up with fellow producer from Temple, Rakib "Raak" Uddin.

In 2009, Gilbere formalized his relationship with Raak. The two busily began preparing Gilbere's debut, 87 Dreams. The release has successfully solidified Gilbere as a strong voice not to be ignored. The critical acclaim, led to a slew of 2010 featured guest appearances, most notably, Stromae's "Alors On Danse" remix also featuring Kanye West, the Yeasayer remix of Florence + The Machine's "Dog Days Are Over", and the Diplo-produced "Up All Night" by Alex Clare. With the recent February 2011 release of his Don Cannon-hosted EYES of VERITAS mixtape and popularity increasing, Gilbere is promising to "change lives, moods, and vibes."

Fallen from the frigid streets of Chicago, Nylo is a newly emerging artist thats causing a little bit of a stir. Through soulfully sparse 808's, fragile falsetto confessions, and a bit of a dirty mouth, a new genre-bending soundscape arises. Driven by the polarizing influences of rap and classical music, Nylo lands in a new space that has been described as The Weeknd meets Aaliyah. After the release of her four song EP, Memories Speak she is back in the studio finishing an exciting full length record, to finish the story she began. Let your shoulders relax, slow down... and listen to Memories Speak, as you remember the sounds of honesty.

Luke Christopher

We all know the stories about the dopest and most prolific MC's eating, sleeping and living in the studio. Luke Christopher, a 19 year old, LA-based rapper, singer, songwriter and producer, has already begun to make this story his own Luke's first records were cut in a makeshift studio that he built under his bunk bed, drawing inspiration from diverse artists such as Stevie Wonder and Kanye, Common and Coldplay. His sound is unique and innovative, but at the same time has the feel good element of the old school soul records he sometimes samples. With song-writing skills powerful enough to write for the likes of Usher and John Legend, and production soulful enough to attract the likes of Common, he is slowly but surely redefining what it means to be a true artist.
