From the still waters of Brown County, Ohio comes a man who walks on the shoulders of giants. Noah Smith is a true American Songwriter. At the age of twelve Noah picked up his friends hand-me-down 1970s telecaster and began to find his path.
Like the endless trails of woods he pondered through as a child, Noah soon fell in love with the sounds of an acoustic guitar. This led to a thirst for adventure and a desire to explore the possibilities of music.
At a young age, he joined a rock and roll band and started putting his words to work. Ever since...Noah's musical career has become a labor of love. With an ambitious attack at writing songs, everyday simple prose and melody immediately found their way into the form of song.
After high school, Noah finished college at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. While tuning his ear as a musician and a creative artist he begain building life experiences. His songwriting began to flourish. Heart Ache, God's Blessing, and the Devils conviction all have found their way into his life and his songs. With several music adventures and releases under his belt both successful and not...he decided to step out on his own and start his solo career. At times when he was compared to Bruce Springsteen Noah found a home on dark lit stages and smoke filled bars, all perfectly graced with the motion of taping cigarettes and boot heels to the beat. Lyrically Noah creates a simple home for his listeners to briefly escape to. Musically his energy and prescence on stage impacts rooms large and small.
From the banks of the Ohio river, to the hills of Tennessee Noah has been reaching his new audience with a stride in his step along a very blessed road.
Touring regionally with several bands along the years, Noah has found himself a home away from home in music city.
In recent months he has been writing monthly out of Nashville, TN. His current record was tracked at the House of Blues (Nashville) vibrating through the same walls as such artist as Alan Jackson, Gary Allan, and Eric Church. His music is a capsule of childhood faith, ambition, a little bit of love, God's good word, and the uphill climb to living an American boys dream. With respect for the days of past and intuition for the great days to come Noah writes in his song Up Hill Both Ways...
"I do my best to give a damn...I still say yes sir yes mam...so lets talk about them glory days...We're the next generation of walking up hill...both ways"
Noah is currently finishing his debut EP.
Accompanied by a collection of honest and original songs that are ripe for introducing a new legion of fans to the realm of Country Music, Brent Keith brings with a him the experience of a seasoned professional, paired with a genuine, soulful style that is delivered with a voice that conveys a raw and emotional aspect to every note he sings.
“Singing and performing gives me a sense of pure joy. The pressure that comes with knowing I have to deliver, both on stage and in the studio, is a challenge, and I live for that! My greatest hope is that people will relate to my music and that it will touch their lives in one way or another. As an artist, you pray that when you write a song people will be able to identify with you and your experiences. When that happens, you know you’ve succeeded.”
Growing up in Blanchester, Ohio, Brent Keith had a taste of what Country Music and a rural upbringing embody early in his life: working hard, valuing loved ones, learning to appreciate the simple things, and having a strong faith in God.
Music was always an influential part of Brent’s life. He grew up singing songs in church and then went on to join his Jr. High School Choir. Once in High School, he became the lead singer for a local band and eventually stepped out on his own after graduation to pursue his career in Country Music.
In 2004 Brent Keith auditioned for the second season of the USA Network’s reality television series, “Nashville Star” and made it onto the show to be one of the top 10 contestants. After the show ended, he and his wife decided to leave Ohio to begin a new life and career in Music City. Success came quickly for Brent, as Combustion Music offered him an artist development deal and, eventually, a publishing deal. The first single to come from this new pairing, “Looking for a Road”, drew interest from CMT and it quickly became the theme song for the NASCAR themed movie “Dale”, based on the real life of famed NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt. The video for the song held its place on CMT’s “Top 20 Countdown” for five consecutive weeks and to promote the single, Brent began a multi-state radio tour and visited 31 stations across the country. Additionally, he was invited by CMT to perform on “Studio 330 Sessions” and was also featured in various television interviews and segments.
After the excitement of the movie soundtrack and radio tour, an opportunity presented itself in the summer of 2008 for Brent to audition for season 8 of “American Idol.” The judges did not overlook his voice and charisma, and he succeeded in making it to the show’s group of “Top 36” performers.
As a result of his exposure on “American Idol”, in the summer of 2010, Brent traveled to Northern Ireland to headline a major festival and indeed expand his fan base. While there, he forged a relationship with Impact Music Group. (Artist Management)
Brent is currently spending his time capitalizing on his successes and using the knowledge gained from these experiences to continue building his career. In between his live shows, Brent is constantly working on writing songs and recording new music in preparation for a new album to be released soon.
Michael Moeller is a Singer/Songwriter out of Southwest Ohio. Playing music, writing songs, and most importantly, performing for people is what he does best. He does not sing for fame, he sings for feeling. The songs he writes deal with Life, Love, Loss and everything in between. At 24, with a decade of playing, writing and performing under his belt, the sky is the limit.
