Ribs Within Championship BBQ Team presents 2 unique items for your dining pleasure.

Chicken Lollipops (2) - Smoked and BBQ'd Springer Mountain Farm All-Natural Chicken Legs, lollipop style. This is the same chicken that took 7 First Place finishes and 20 top 5 Finished in 5 years on the KCBS BBQ Circuit. A perfect blend of Ribs Within Wahoo Chicken Rub and a rich, bold and sassy BBQ sauce. Chicken never tasted so good!

Hawg Wings (2) - That's right, pigs serve up some of the tastiest wings of all. These trimmed down pork shanks are rubs with Ribs Within "Pig Out" BBQ Rub, smoked till tender with mild apple wood, then finished with unique vinegar based glaze. A northern twist on a southern pork experience. It has been called pulled pork on a bone!

Doug Keiles is the Pitmaster of the Ribs Within BBQ team.
Doug is a driven competitor who loves to cook with fire
almost as much as he loves his family (and the Mets).
A seasoned griller, Doug took to smoke and charcoal like it
was second nature. He creates a unique melange of flavors
reminiscent of Caribbean and Asian tones with a zesty
Cajun kick. His critically acclaimed work at the former R.U.B
Hut, now GRUB HUT helps Ribs
Within put out their most consistent and best product.
Doug has led Ribs Within to Grand Championships in both
BBQ and Grilling as well as multiple Reserve Grand Champs,
too. When not actually cooking, Doug spends a lot of time

A full-time analytic cartographer from New Jersey, Chef Doug Keiles, has won five out of 14 grilling competitions and established his own line of rubs featuring "Rub-4-All." A self described cross between "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Swine," Doug is a no-nonsense pit master. He has been seen on on All- American Festivals - Guitarbeque and recently on Chopped Grill Masters - as one of the top 16 Grill Masters. Chopped Judge Amanda Freitag stated he showed his 'Grilling Genius' during the entree round. No other competitor in the main four episodes has been given any accolades to this level. His passion is to market his line of BBQ Rubs to share his love of grilling and BBQ. Once you try them - you will see just how versatile they can be.
