Evan Bartholomew has been performing electronic music for nearly 20 years as Bluetech, Evan Marc, Invisible Allies (with
Kilowatts), and has recently joined the much buzzed about virtual reality startup MicrodoseVR, with Android Jones and the Vision Agency team, as the Lead Audio Engineer and Producer.
“As a lifelong musician and producer fascinated with synaesthesia and dreaming, Microdose VR is the closest experience I’ve seen to capturing the raw creative experience. I’m excited to be a collaborator on a project that democratizes the platform for anyone to be able to experience a flow state and immersion in the creative impulse. It’s a full audio immersive, synesthetic, transcendental experience where you get to paint with sound and light, and be inside music.” – Evan Bartholomew / Bluetech
As an an internationally recognized touring music producer with over 27 album/EP releases in the last 15 years, and a seasoned portfolio of video game and film scoring credits. Bluetech is a master of analog and modular sound synthesis and DSP audio manipulation, and brings a passion for sound design and cutting edge audio exploration into all the work he touches. His music transcends the constructs normally associated with a calculated “electronic artist,” pursuing music withmeaning and purpose with downtempo, future bass, and progressive electronic music, rife with emotional intent, and poly-rhythmic percussion.
Bluetech’s latest album “4 Horsemen of the Electrocalypse: The Black Horse” is the third of a four EP set. The Black Horse
release is an analog and modular based composition, in the same vein that he explored with his previous two albums “The Red Horse” and “The White Horse,” both released in 2016. Ranging from dark Detroit influenced electro, synthfunk, to more melodic techno explorations, this release pushes forward Bluetech’s unique analog based approach to sound and music production.
Bluetech began his training as a classically trained pianist at a young age, and has explored his craft as a DJ, musician, film
composer, record producer and label owner. His work has evolved to include his roots in classical composition and ear for nomadic harmonic progressions and a deep awareness of music as a kinetic force with body moving beat mechanics. Working as a solo artist, as well as a producer, he has also written scores for film & television (CSI: Miami, Scared Sacred, Occupy Love, Albedo Absolute, Various television commercials), video games (Comet Crash 2 – forthcoming PS4) and virtual reality installations (MicrodoseVR). In addition to music, Evan has established a reputation as an accomplished graphic designer, illustrator, and 3D animator through both his personal work and commissions for clients (Microsoft, Austin City Limited, City Of Seattle).
Having shared stages internationally with such acts as The Glitch Mob, The Orb, Bassnectar, Ott, Juno Reactor and many
more, Bluetech has toured extensively throughout the U.S. as well as Australia, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, France,
Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, and throughout the United Kingdom.
Kaminanda's ever-evolving sound is a playground of original Midtempo grooves, tribal rhythms, Psy-Dub, and lush downtempo textures. His music is designed to take the listener/dancer on a journey traversing landscapes reflecting a myriad of diverse influences; a kaleidoscope of warm melodies and twisting, winding compositions. With six albums in his repertoire, this organic spaceship of frequencies balances musicality and ethereal soundscapes to evoke a deeper and hypnotic experience.
Desert Dwellers are a one of the foremost influences in a genre that they basically expanded from the ground up to be where it’s at today. With a blend of a variety of sources that have been composed to form a heavily weaved set of sounds that coincide in perfect harmony together Desert Dwellers has established themselves in not only their home area of Southern California and New Mexico but across the globe.
Taking a new approach on digital production, the main members Amani Friend & Treavor Moontribe have combined the raw sounds of the natural world with skillfully blended deep bass, earthy percussion, etheric voices and culture crossing instrumentation into sonic incense for the mind and body. With this blend of dance tracks and down tempo sounds they have enabled themselves to give a heightened sense of being to listeners through their musical medium.
Bringing the electronic bass music vibe to the yoga scene, and the sounds of yoga to the electronic dance scene, Desert Dwellers’ global sounds are the bridge between worlds. Joining solid groove with sounds of serenity, their signature aesthetic feels as natural on the dance floor as it does after hours or on the mat. Due in no small part to Desert Dwellers’ pioneering spirit, the very concept of chill-out and sacred bass music has expanded dramatically. These sound alchemists offer cutting edge techniques that blend the modern edge of electronica with ancient and organic sounds, offering a spellbinding hybrid with echoes of our tribal past and future. The result has been the prolific production of genre blending dance tracks and downtempo grooves that make for truly memorable listening experiences.
Jamie Janover is recognized as a true innovator. His considerable creative output includes: being a master of the ancient percussion stringed instrument called the hammered dulcimer, inventing and performing on an instrument he calls the "mini-kit" (a miniature amplified drum kit), playing pyrocussion (fire drums) and creating the RealmsMobile (a recumbent tricycle with the mini-kit attached, enabling him to ride and play drums simultaneously).
Combining the innovations of modern technology with the wisdom of ancient instruments, Janover is achieving a creative balance between the electronic and the acoustic to create a unified field: music reflective of the nature of modern times.
For many years Janover has maintained a rigorous touring schedule, alternating between acts including: LYNX & Janover, ZILLA (w/ Michael Travis from SCI and Aaron Holstein), PRAANG (w/ EOTO & Steve Kimock) and The Everyone Orchestra (w/ a revolving lineup), among others. He is currently touring solo performing live PA set style electronic shows using his unique live rig which includes hammered dulcimer, laptop computer, mini-kit, sampler, sitar, electric kalimba and percussion.
When not playing music, you can find Janover connecting dots around the world in his extensive travels and collaborations in multiple creative realms including creating stunning images as a professional photographer, sculpture works using natural found objects and being an emissary for scientist Nassim Haramein of the Resonance Project, delivering fascinating presentations on the physics of unified field theory. Janover also produces music events including an annual electronic music festival in Colorado called SONIC BLOOM.

Late Night Radio
Hustling to make his mark in Denver, Colorado's electronic music melting pot, Late Night Radio is earning the respect of fans and peers alike through prolific production, innovative experimentation, and a dogged dedication to the craft. Alex Medellin has put in his time in the industry, coming up in Texas and California, but his ascension in the Colorado scene speaks to his ability to not only create a stunning array of original tracks, but bring them to life onstage, practicing what he preaches - guided by the mantra "emotion over energy."
Medellin's background in hip-hop is crucial to his development as a producer. Unlike some of his contemporaries who came up in the dance music scene, Late Night Radio keeps his cuts funky and inventive with an unshakable commitment to soulful grooves. Even when LNR breaks into high-energy, cabinet-rattling climaxes, the emotional depth remains. His wildly popular Vinyl Restoration series of old-school mixes has rooted his sound in deep, expressive sampling that keeps him firmly grounded in the lessons of the past, while reaching forward to craft his own signature sound.
A slew of collaborations, remixes and tour dates with notable acts are propelling Medellin's vision into new territories. Late Night Radio is poised to break out of the Centennial state, spreading the love to cities coast-to-cast and beyond as the LNR vision spreads. The forthcoming tour dates will be anchored by a powerful full-length album, Far Into the Night, slated for a mid-August release.

Having recently relocated to the burgeoning music scene in Colorado, by way of Greenville, SC, The Malah have spent the last decade touring relentlessly, mastering their sound, and gaining a devout fan-base along the way.

Truly a musical journey, every note is strategically placed with the utmost care; every melody finds its cosmic percussion partner in the sound space continuum. With a focus on layers and melody, bassist Elliott Vaughn provides a steady backdrop groove to compliment the axe wizardry of Brandon Maynard. With both members adding in carefully crafted beats and samples, the sound is met in a musical utopia by the explosive percussion of drummer Seth Fankhauser.
Skytree, aka Evan Snyder, started recording music at the age of 15, after the loan of a beaten Tascam tape deck cracked open the world of multi-track recording. Early "New Age" or synth-based albums by the likes of Tangerine Dream, as well as old pagan folk LPs from his parents' record collection provided an early and profound influence. In the years hence, the Skytree name has appeared alongside artists such as Lotus, Bluetech, Phutureprimitive, Tipper, Bird of Prey, Excision and Bassnectar, among others, with many more to come. Skytree's newest album entitled "Crystal Consciousness" was released on 11.11.11.
"In relation to tranformation, the tree symbolizes the ascent of the mind, or awareness, from the "earth" of matter-nature-body to the "sky" of spirit-god-consciousness. Like trees were are "rooted in darkness and crowned with light": our being is grounded in the unconscious darkness of matter, grows and extends itself throughout life, and reaches upward into the "higher" realms of consciousness. The tree stands as the preeminent symbol of growth, renewal, and transformation."
- Ralph Metzner

Flora Sculptor/Dancer Anthony Ward is at the cutting edge of his art form. He is perhaps the only one on the planet combining the fine arts of Flora Arrangement and Dance as one offering. This offering is majestic, ritualistic, yet very free form. He says "At my best when I create with Flowers and other Flora in this way. I just allow them to move through my hands into the vessel we are creating in". He adds "To me each Flower is already a masterpiece. I simply am honoring what is." In 2002 as part of the San Francisco Jazz Festival, Anthony was asked to create a flora sculpture live on stage with Boby McFerrin (widely known for the song Don't Worry Be Happy). Singer/Activist Michael Franti was in the audience at Anthony's request. Franti said, "I was in tears the whole time Bobby and Anthony were on stage " He then asked Anthony to create on stage with Spearhead and he has created on stage with them many times since. Zach Velmer (Amazing drummer of STS9) was at a show where this happened. Feeling inspired he asked Anthony to create on stage with STS9. Anthony created to the delight of STS9 fans often for several years, including in Japan In 2007 when Anthony was asked to create with Music Producer Tipper for an STS9 after party. This was the first time he created on stage for a full set and this very potent experience led him to creating on stage in full sets several other times with Tipper and also with Flying Lotus, Random Rab, Bluetech, Desert Dwellers, Eskmo, Phuterprimative, Emancipator, OTT, Vibesquad, Eliot Lipp, Love and Light, Jpod, Starkey, Earth Cry, David Blocks' Human Experience with the amazing live digital art of Android Jones and 100 Waters.
