The Expendables

The Expendables

The Expendables enjoyed a laid-back lifestyle growing up in Santa Cruz, CA; surfing, skating, partying, and playing music were commonplace. Since 1997, The Expendables have staked their claim in the California surf/rock genre by headlining venues from coast to coast. Blending Reggae, Punk Rock, and 80s style dueling guitar solos, The Expendables have made heads turn and floors shake for years.

The band consists of four longtime friends: Geoff Weers (Guitar and Vocals), Adam Patterson (Drums and Vocals), Raul Bianchi (Lead Guitar) and Ryan DeMars (Bass). The first seven years of their career was fueled with three full-length, completely independent releases. No Time To Worry (2000), Open Container (2001), and Gettin' Filthy (2004), would bring in a combined total of over 40,000 units sold with no physical distribution and no record label.

Described by various music critics as ?smoldering,? ?top-notch,? ?one-of-a-kind,? ?addictive? and ?like a breath of fresh air,? the Wooster sound is a party-ready mix of California rock and Aretha Franklin-esque soul, spiced up with hints of reggae, surf, Latin rock, funk and hip-hop. Think Sublime after anger management, or No Doubt on soul serum.

A Reggae/Dub/Rock band from the heart of Southern California's Orange County, Seedless was formed in the summer of 2006. Drawing together an eclectic group of individuals and quickly finding a sound of their own, Seedless has began to push the limits on reggae music. They have the ability to go from roots reggae to progressive rock to just about any style of music while intertwining the genres flawlessly. In between the political and climactic sound, Seedless keeps coming with fun, feel good reggae songs that are sure to touch anyone, anywhere from any walk of life.

Seedless has played with many respectable musicians including: The Wailers, Katchafire, Tribal Seeds, Tomorrow's Bad Seeds, Iration, Pacific Dub, Natural Vibrations, Fishbone, Through The Roots, Rebelution, Stick Figure, Pepper, Fortunate Youth, The Dirty Heads, The Aggrolites and many more. Seedless' first full length album is set to release August 28th 2010, they have gained a nationwide following after releasing just 3 sample tracks off of their album. Priding on their live show and stage performance, Seedless is a must see, must hear band in 2010!
