Sound Remedy is an American electronic music producer based out of Los Angeles, California. Hailing from Chicago, SR has been crafting his sound since the young age of 16, but only started to produce music fulltime 2 years ago. Despite obtaining a degree in finance from one of the nation's elite business schools, SR opted to take a risk and pursue his true passion; music. Being that both of his parents are graduates of Juilliard School of Music and full time Chicago Symphony Orchestra players, this decision may have been in the cards all along.
In 2012, Sound Remedy has already been commissioned to remix for such artists as Hermitude (EMI UK) and Superbus (Polydor France). He has also written original music for commercials premiering during NBA championship games, played shows across the US, and has seized the blog world by storm with multiple hype machine topping tracks.
Sound Remedy has made a name for himself by composing tracks that defy the laws of the traditional dance music. His epic creations can be likened to enthralling musical journey's that captivate the listener from start to finish. There is truly no end in sight when it comes to the rapid growth of the Sound Remedy movement.
Clark Kent: Blending the nearly perfect, vividly melodic and breathtakingly diverse potential of electro and dubstep, Tal Levy or Clark Kent, 20 year old native of California, has definitely set to make his mark on the electronic music scene. Citing Bassnectar as an early influence in his taste and production, he's put his musical background in guitar and piano towards creating incredible remixes as well as original productions that are sure to propel him to the forefront of his precocious class of the up and coming peer group of producers he finds himself in. As he makes strides both in musicianship and exposure, the future is definitely looking bright for Clark Kent.
Just One aka Jacob McDonald first became interested in disc jockeying back in 2000 after attending several large warehouse parties in Seattle. With over a decade of experience behind the mixer, he has made a large impact across the Pacific Northwest. He was named the top upcoming DJ of 2010 to play on The Vortex C89.5 FM; Seattle's hottest electronic music radio station. In 2011 he started his own events production company One Life. With several successful events under his belt he is taking One Life to new heights including their heavy involvement with Seattle's SUBstance Wednesdays at Foundation Nightclub. He is also proudly a resident of USC Events playing the largest edm events in the area on a regular basis. His passion for bass music is a fire that can not be put out.
