Cost of Desire
Cost Of Desire formed from the remains of the local alt-metal band Arsenic Dream. After deciding to discontinue with their former band, Josh, Beazl, & Shaun looked to form a new band with a focus more on rock. After talking with several guitarists, they contacted Justin, who was the guitarist for the now defunct local band, Numb. After a few jam sessions Justin officially decided to join.
With all members finding local success with their previous bands, the progression of the band has become evident in their work and music habits. Justin has brought to the table numerous songs he has written since leaving his former band, and the future of the songs will be, collectively, some of their best work.
The focus of Cost Of Desire is to write quality rock songs that will stand the test of time and bring on new success for them.
As of March 3rd 2012 Cost Of Desire welcomed new rhythm guitarist Eric.
In April 2012 the band parted ways with Josh as our singer.
As of July 11 we made it official that Michael was the new lead singer of Cost Of Desire. We are currently recording a demo EP and we'll be playing shows soon.
The debut EP "Prologue" is recorded. Now in the processes of having the CDs pressed before its officially released.
As of January 27, 2013 Eric has stepped down from the band and Shance has taken the position of rhythm guitarist.
Echo Collider formed in November of 2012, spawning from the Waldo Sessions musical collaboration project. At the very first practice everything clicked, the first song was written, and we haven't looked back. Rock infused with space & post-rock influences. Echo Collider plan to record their debut album this summer.
