Quiet Corral is a six-piece band from Lawrence, Kansas. The band incorporates folk and pop elements into their music to create a distinct sound. With four-part harmonies, electric guitars mixed with acoustic instruments, and intricate rhythms, Quiet Corral makes something new and interesting for music listeners. Singer Braswell Roberts weaves melody with narrative adding depth to an already captivating sound.
She's A Keeper
She’s a Keeper is a five-piece ensemble based in Kansas City. Most of the members grew up and went to school together and that naturally shines through in their music and live performances. Their sound is raw & unaffected; their stage presence pleasingly unpretentious.
Utilizing a broad array of instruments including guitars, drums, banjo, piano, mandolin, & cello, the band has coalesced a roots-rock-folk-pop sound that defies easy description. From sweet sounding ballads that crescendo and roar, to tunes with raffish upbeat grooves, their original songs are brimming with melodious hooks and three-part harmonies.
The band recently completed a promotional video along with a live EP recorded at Midwestern Musical Company. This new EP captures the spirit and dynamics of a live performance with three brand new tracks, along with two fresh arrangements of songs from their self-titled debut album released in 2011. The band is currently back in the studio working on a second full-length album with a release planned for summer, 2012.

MoonRunner’s sound can not be pinned down to a single style and its members do not draw from a single inspiration when crafting their songs. MoonRunner draws from popular genres such as Blues, Folk, Bluegrass, and Rock to create a soundscape which is uniquely American. MoonRunner accomplishes this through unique instrumentation and unpretentious songwriting which sticks to the basics: melody driven songs crafted to keep audiences captivated. With seven members, MoonRunner is like a family. This is MoonRunner’s greatest asset. Each member of MoonRunner brings his or her own unique musical styling’s which allows every MoonRunner song to develop its own unique characteristics.
