The Venomous Pinks
The Venomous Pinks is a trio of girls, ready to break the rules. As one of the only all girl punk bands in the Phoenix area, they make no apologies for their killer stage show and party hard, but play even harder antics. Influenced by Joan Jett and The Ramones, these three talented musicians channel a unique sound that is rock and roll meets classic punk. With Drea Doll on guitar/vocals, Suzy Trai...nwreck on bass/vocals, and Jewlz on drums, this trifecta of musicians will intoxicate you with their tantalizing talent, high energy, and no holds barred attitude. With their salacious sound, they've cultivated quite the following, causing crowds to line up at local shows. Putting on a presentation that showcases their gregarious girl power, this band leaves audiences wanting more. You can find these vixens performing at local venues almost weekly, as they are one of the most wanted girl bands in The Valley! Signed to May Cause Dizziness Records, this threesome is well on the way to becoming one of the hottest bands around.
SkullDrug was formed in November 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona.
Their diverse musical backgrounds and experience has helped them to fuse styles like Country, Funk, and Jazz to the constant, catchy south west Punk/Metal base they have throughout with direct influence from the 80's hardcore and metal cats, with SkullDrug's overall message being THINK.
THE COPYRIGHTS are a pop punk band formed in Carbondale, Illinois in 2002 in Carbondale, Illinois. Arising from a scene Drummer Luke McNeill said at the time 'had a lot of Indie rock bands with a lot of pretentiousness, and no good punk bands.' Five records later, they are touring the country under a buzzsaw hail of guitars and non-stop hummable melodies. Tune in, turn on, and singalong...
Teenage Bottlerocket is a punk rock band from Wyoming.
The Queers are a pop punk band from New Hampshire, formed in 1982. Singer/Guitarist/Songwriter Joe King has been the principal member of the group, with a vast number of musicians cycling in and out of the band over the years. Supposedly, the band name 'Queers' was used simply to poke fun at what he called the "Art Fag" community in NH. That same brand of humor and inanity has become a staple of The Queers music. While some punk rock bands attempt to use their music to impart a social or political message, King has made it clear that The Queers exist simply to play punk rock for the fun of it.
The Queers play a Ramones/The Beach Boys style of pop punk with songs about girls and beer. King has often collaborated with Ben Weasel, from Screeching Weasel. The band begun with a notoriety primarily in their own backyard, but with the release of Love Songs for the Retarded, recorded by legendary punk producer Mass Giorgini, their following grew to international proportions. They have collaborated with Mass Giorgini several times since.
Their latest release was 2010's "Back to the Basement" on Asian Man Records. After many lineup changes, with King being the only constant, the band has found a lineup that has been together for the last five years and have no signs of slowing down.
Miles to Nowhere
Miles to Nowhere is 3 wonderfully talented muscians and friends, that are doing what they were made to do: Please your ears with a delightful whirlwind of magnificent songs! These songs bring happiness to them in their making, and a unsurpassed orgasmic flutter to the ears of their listeners.
Ripping off 90s punk rock since the 90s.
No Gimmick's sound is purposely hard to define, though some say they sound like the caffeinated bastard child of NOFX and Face to Face. Known for a raucous live performance and described as “flip the bird in your face obnoxious,” this power punk trio has been “rocking crowds into near riots” since 1996.
Hailing from Phoenix Arizona No Gimmick has played countless local shows as well as brief stints in L.A. and Mexico. They’ve shared the stage with Marky Ramone, Nerf Herder, Authority Zero, Masked Intruder, Punk Rock Karaoke, Implants, Guttermouth, CKY, Elway, Pour Habit, Sugarcult, Rufio, Ten Foot Pole, Against All Authority, Mr. T Experience, Jughead’s Revenge, Margate, DC Fallout, Antifreeze, Riddlin' Kids, Civet, Bionic Jive, Stereotyprider, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Fred Green, Trik Turner, Tickertape Parade, Something Corporate, and also played Warped Tour ‘02.
No Gimmick was named “Best Punk Band” by the Arizona Infusion of Music Awards in ’03 and has been featured in punk rock compilations, AZPUNK.comp (Volumes 1, 2 & 4), Precision Punk, Zia Records (2012) and others.
Loss For Words is the sophomore effort to their '02 release One Wop, Two Micks and a Bean -- a parody on NOFX's '92 release that saw airplay on X 103.9’s Ska Punk Show and Local Music Showcase as well as spent some time on Zia Records Top 10 Local Charts.
After numerous line-up changes at the drummer position, the band settled in with Andrew Jones after recording Era of Cowards. Guitarist/singer Johnny had two kids and singer/bassist Josh followed suit with one. The life-changing experiences this group has fought through together has made their music more mature and angrier.
No Gimmick's latest record, Loss For Words was released in February 2011. The trio is currently working on releasing their new EP, Judy in mid 2014.
The band is available for interviews and appearances, please contact us for more information.
