"By far the highlight of the night, Goldwater dominated the crowd and stage alike with a striking blend of surreal child-like innocence and experienced maturity. Combining a poetic sense of honesty with a commanding air, Goldwater never allowed for a note or word to expire that did not align with the spelling quality of her artistic delivery." -Gus Rocha, The Flinging Times
(after one of Beth's performances at World Cafe Live at the Queen.)
Beth's silky voice can bring a room to a standstill with her first note. Whether performing a cappella, or with her mahogany guitar, or backed by a full band, it's Beth's voice that commands a room and melts hearts. As a lyricist, Beth's adept ability to connect to people with her words is why she has thousands of plays on her music tumblr, spotify and has sales on iTunes and Amazon as far reaching as Europe and Australia.
Named Best New Artist in 2013 by 93.7 WSTW's Hometown Heroes, Beth has performed in such prestigious rooms as House of Blues on the Sunset Strip, Chris's Jazz Cafe in Philadelphia and World Cafe Live at the Queen where she recently opened for Suzanne Vega. Beth's song The Ravine is in the indy horror film, Slew Hampshire, and one of her French songs, L'Amour Fou is being used in an upcoming documentary. Beth is currently recording her next record of jazz standards in French and English.
