John Mayall

Formed in early 60s London, John Mayall’s Bluesbreakers are well known for cultivating new talent. Starting with Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce (formed Cream), followed by Peter Green, John McVie and Mick Fleetwood (started Fleetwood Mac), the perpetual succession of great musicians also featured Andy Fraser (co-founded Free), Mick Taylor (who joined The Stones) and Coco Montoya and Walter Trout.

As for the man himself, the father of six and grandfather of six, John Mayall was awarded an OBE in the Queens Honours list and, as usual, shows no signs of slowing down. He has released of several solo albums that have set new standards in rock blues and he plans to keep the blues alive for many more years to come.

Bryan Russo

Bryan Russo is an acclaimed songwriter, and an award winning journalist, whose big bluesy voice wallops audiences with soulful lyrics that bite. He’s an old soul with a sound to match and he writes like he overheard Tom Waits and Randy Newman talking about life in a diner. Bryan has shared the stage (either solo or with his bad The Tragic Figures) with such acts as: The Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys, G Love and Special Sauce, Donavon Frankenreiter, Shooter Jennings, Lukas Nelson and POTR, J Roddy Walston and the Business, Low Cut Connie, and very soon….John Mayall.
