Leæther Strip's aggressive, mostly electronic industrial recordings -- for Zoth Ommog Records in Germany and Cleopatra in the States -- are the work of one Claus Larsen (b. Nov. 13, 1967), a resident of Aalborn, Denmark. After playing in several metal bands during the '80s, he began recording as Leæther Strip in 1989 with the "Japanese Bodies" single, released on Zoth Ommog. Larsen issued two albums the following year -- The Pleasure of Penetration and Body Rapture -- in addition to an EP and another single. He was also busy in 1991, releasing the album Technopolis 2 and the EP Object V. After 1992's Technopolis 3, Leæther Strip's material gained a wider release in Europe through the Semaphore label, beginning with that year's Solitary Confinement.
Larsen's first American release appeared in 1993, when Cargo released the best of his early recordings as Penetrate the Satanic Citizen. That same year, he recorded Cyberworld (for the Danish label Hardest) and signed to Cleopatra for a permanent American deal. Leæther Strip's first album for Cleopatra, Fit for Flogging, also appeared in 1993. His third album of new material that year was the German Zoth in Your Mind, and Larsen finished the incredibly prolific year with Underneath the Laughter -- released by both Zoth Ommog and Cleopatra.
The following year, 1994, was a comparably relaxing one, as Larsen released only Melt (for the Finnish Cyberware label) and
Serenade for the Dead. Leæther Strip's 1995 albums included one each for Zoth Ommog (Positive Depression) and Cleopatra (Legacy of Hate and Lust). As if his release schedule wasn't dizzying enough, Larsen also finds the time to record as Klute.
Alternate Spellings: Leaether Strip, Leaetherstrip, Leather Strip, Leatherstrip
Ego Likeness are an American darkwave/industrial rock band from Baltimore, Maryland. The were formed in 1999 by artist Steven Archer and writer Donna Lynch.
Taking their name from Frank Herbert's classic science fiction novel Dune, Ego Likeness began as an experimental/ dark trip hop project. A demo called 'Songs from a Dead City', recorded on a four track and self-produced by Archer and Lynch, was released in 1999.
Archer and Lynch took the project in a darker electronic/ dance direction, resulting in a self-released full length album entitled 'Dragonfly' under EL's own label, Angelfall.
After a short hiatus from recording, a lengthy period of trial, error, revision, and many live performances, Ego Likeness signed with Dancing Ferret Discs for the release of 'Water to the Dead'. This album featured the band's electronic roots while exploring a bit of a heavier rock sound.
Ego Likeness toured Germany, Luxembourg, and the continental US with Dancing Ferret label mates The Crüxshadows, as well as performing at several festivals on the east and west coast, including Convergence 11 (San Diego CA), Dracula's Ball (Philadelphia PA), Black Sun Festival I (New Haven CT), Freaks United (DC), Eccentrik Festival I (Raleigh NC), Dragon Con (Atlanta GA), Ring Con (Fulda, Germany) and others.
The awakening of Xentrifuge was inspired by the technological advancement toward self annihilation, disease, and the absence of afterlife.
This cold reality is conveyed through pure machined aggression by the founding member Chris C.. The core sound of Xentrifuge consists of fierce beats, grinding synths, haunting distorted vocals, and noise. Ray H. and Paradox deploy additional programming and samples to create a raw form of true industrial chaos that strays from the polished and standard sound of today’s "EBM" acts.
Extremely intelligent and volatile Hardcore electronica that mixes the best in Agro Tech / Industrial with elements of Dubstep.

DJ Mighty Mike Saga
Back in 1988, at the age of 11, I first heard Rigor Mortis by A Split Second. Little did I know at the time that a song I heard in my youth on a local Texas college radio station would change my perspective on music forever.
Electronic music then became a driving force in my life. From the raves and clubs I religiously attended in my late teenage years to the parties I promoted and organized in my early 20's, the love of music and the need to share that love with anyone that would listen led to my inevitable career as a DJ.
I started out in late 2002 as an 80's DJ playing and collecting 80's vinyl. I opened up at raves and played at house parties or anywhere that I could have the opportunity to move a crowd. By 2003 I was asked to perform at Philadelphia's infamous Gothic/Industrial fetish event SHOCK THERAPY.
Ever diligent to expand my horizons, I began collecting a variety of electronic styles (ebm, darkwave, terror ebm, synthpop, etc.) Patiently I taught myself the art of beat matching and mixing these forms of music into my sets and by 2005 I was offered a residency at SHOCK THERAPY. Attaining a good reputation and the freedom to express myself creatively I began organizing events fusing EDM commonly played at raves with Gothic/Industrial music. The FULL MOON GATHERING and C.H.U.D. events of late 2005 are still fondly remembered by many as a huge success in bringing people from many musical tastes and backgrounds together in harmony.
Opening new ears to the Gothic/Industrial sound caught the attention of a number of promoters. To my credit and honor I performed at DRACULA'S BALL, the largest Gothic/Industrial event in Philadelphia and usually play weekly at Philly's longest running Gothic/Industrial/80's alternative night NOCTURNE. I am featured in NYC frequently at the SMACK! and BYTE parties, and went on to play the BLACK SUN FESTIVAL II in New Haven Connecticut.
These are merely the highlights. The biggest highlight i have achieved and acomplished is playing at the WAVE GOTIK TREFFEN event in Leipzig Germany with 20,000+ people attending! This is the world's largest Gothic/Industrial event. As a Dj I love what I do and I am completely self promoted. I'm living my dreams of opening minds and bringing the music I love to the masses!
DJ Totentanz is an industrial/hard techno DJ currently based in Philadelphia. She works extensively within her hometown scene, as well as making guest appearances at other clubs both nationally and internationally as frequently as possible. With 9 years of experience and counting, DJ Totentanz is entirely self-promoted, truly passionate about the music she plays, and loves nothing more than hitting a dancefloor as hard as she can.
