A.S.

A.S.

A.S.’s second album, Exile, will be released by Inedible Records on March 4th 2013. The album was recorded over four months starting in summer 2011 at RedBox Studios in Paris, and mixed by multi-grammy award winning Darrell Thorp at Studio 101 in Los Angeles. The album is a fitting sequel to Intimate Circles, the band's first opus, but with stronger rhythms and darker, more melancholy texts, as well as greater daring and originality in the complex, eclectic arrangements.

Formed in 2008, the Paris based duo consists of vocalist Nick McRoberts (voice, piano) and Idriss Halfaoui (guitars). For Exile they are joined by Raphaël Mercier (drums) of Mass Hysteria and the haunting vocals of Juwenn of Relay (additional vocals on Exile).

Lucas Young and The Wilderness (closing set)

Fans of honest Indie-rock Americana with guitar driven hooks and rich melodies, hand crafted and delivered with conviction will love this artist. With a confident stage presence that can only develop by years of performing, Lucas Young is a true entertainer.

This most recent project, Lucas Young and the Wilderness is the culmination of a life time of writing and recording. The songs run the gambit from soft ballads to crunchy rock numbers, each song painting a picturesque landscape, a journey in and of itself.

Rosasharn

Rosasharn is a five-piece from Portland, Oregon formed in early 2013 by Brian and Amy Hall (Sunbeam, Drexler), Grant and Brittney Harold (Botanist), and Adam Souza (Ozarks, Sunbeam).

Rosasharn’s debut EP “Pack up Your Troubles,” is slated for release on July 15th of 2013. The band has elected to share three songs from the coming record. The songs conjure up images of Destroyer, Beach House, The Polyphonic Spree, and The Flaming Lips. As you listen, you’ll hear drum machines and synthesizers soaked in big, wide vocal arrangements. You’ll hear playful soundscapes and reverb-laden guitars.

Liza Oppenheimer

Liza Oppenheimer is a singer/songwriter based in Los Angeles. She draws influences from a wide range of artists. Most notably Marianne Faithfull, Dory Previn, Debbie Harry and a dash of John Lydon. Her laconic, sardonic performances belie some of the laugh out loud inappropriateness of her lyrics. Listen closely and what might appear to be another coffee house crooner is actually one of the wittiest whimsical performers on the circuit today.
