Ajkun Ballet Theatre
ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE
World Premiere featuring AjkunBT artists with Choreography by Leonard Ajkun. Leonard Ajkun brings to life Victor Hugo’s 1862 novel in this contemporary ballet. Set in nineteenth century France, we witness the perpetual uncertainty of political events and social impact; but are reminded that in desperate times courage, forgiveness, compassion and love can prevail.
