Danielle Soul is a purely natural singer-songwriter, producer and musician from Charlotte, North Carolina. Her small stature and frame provides a booming soulful voice which catches first-time listeners off-guard. With influences such as Aretha Franklin, Queen, Eva Cassidy, Bob Marley and Fleetwood Mac, it is no surprise that Danielle Soul would write and deliver music which moves emotions. By the age of ten, she began playing piano by ear and several years later was professionally trained vocally which allowed her to express through songwriting and use it as a channel to escape her troubled childhood.
Danielle Soul toured the east coast featuring single, "You'll Always Be Mine," including cities such as Charlotte, Nashville, Asheville, Philadelphia and New York City from small to large venues, such as BB&T Ballpark, The Evening Muse, The Visulite Theatre, Barnstock BYOB Music Fest, The Grey Eagle, and many others. D Soul is now working on completing an EP to be released in 2016.
"With hometown values and big city dreams, Cameron Floyd plays music with purpose and passion. Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, music has always surrounded him. Cameron receives much of his love for writing and singing from his family. His mother is a writer and his father was nominated for a Dove Award as Male Vocalist of the Year, so there was no second guessing if music was to be a part of Cameron’s future.
Whether capturing a moment, telling a story, or inviting people to dance, Cameron’s songs are essentially an extension of himself – both relatable and authentic. He can find a song almost anywhere, and one of the hardest things for Cameron to do at the end of the day is put down his guitar. “Music brings a sense of peace when there is no peace,” says Cameron. Whether on stage before a crowd or simply one-on-one, Cameron engages people with a genuine warmth and gentle confidence that doesn't let go. He considers himself blessed to be able to play music, but even more, he considers the music itself to be the blessing.
The upcoming EP was written with fellow band and friends, Life Size. Cameron is extremely excited to release this project stating that this is a great reflection of the progress he's made as an artist in the just a couple of years."
