Chrome Sparks

Chrome Sparks

Inspired by a background in classical percussion and an obsession with synthesizers, Jeremy Malvin creates music under the name Chrome Sparks. Jeremy grew up in Pittsburgh, then went to music school at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Two years later, he left school and went on extensive tours as the drummer for Stepdad, Miniature Tigers, and Rich Aucoin. Jeremy currently resides in Brooklyn, where he spends his time working on music in his bedroom, often leaving it to play DJ sets. Although Jeremy works on the recordings alone and has not done many live performances, the Chrome Sparks live realization has had many different incarnations, ranging from a one man show to an eight piece band. Currently, Jeremy does live performances with two dear friends.

Tropicool

Tropicool is a feeling, not a sound. Served frothy and blended with a cocktail umbrella, guaranteed to give your girlfriend frosty nips and a tingle in her thighs. Flavours tease the pallet tangoing in musical bliss with the accompaniment of Steel Drums, Saxophone, Key-tar, and a funky baseline. The genre of sound has been self described as "sun-kissed tropical funky disco" and we must oblige. The man behind the tropical shirt and funky feel good is David La Melza; Santa Barbara native, and good times engineer. He happens to be a founder of both GottaDanceDirty.com and Mindtai.com. Mind the forecast, and make sure you're front and center for the Tropicool Funder!

Ruckus Roboticus

Ruckus Roboticus is a creator and collector of fun, funky, quirky pop. Despite being independent and relatively unknown, his music has aired on TV and Radio worldwide, and he’s performed all over the globe, often times sharing the stage with very well known artists. He’s won several awards, remixed some awesome bands, and received some noteworthy critical acclaim. This year he will be releasing two more original singles (on his own imprint – Dance Or Die Records), and will be completing his second LP: The Phantom Of The Disco. Despite some flourishes of success, Ruckus remains somewhat under the radar – working tirelessly in the studio on a slew of new remixes, music for television, and looking for the perfect beat. Song by song, and mix by mix, Ruckus continues to delight listeners around the world. It's only a matter of time until the music masses realize, this is the dawning of The Age Of Roboticus!
