Rachel Lynn is an NYC-based, classically-trained vocalist whose original soulful pop music is entwined with her signature evocative lyrics. Raised on 90’s pop and Motown Masterpieces, she fuses old and new to create her unique musical style.
She has regionally toured the east coast, and her EP, To Street & Transfer, has been praised by The Huffington Post, PopMatters, Baeble Music and more.
Lynn was named one of New Music Seminar’s Top 100 Artists on the Verge 2014, has showcased at CMJ and NACA Mid-Atlantic, opened for acts such as AJR (Warner Bros.), and performed during SXSW2017. She has had music licensed to various networks, including E!, Bravo, Netflix, A&E, and Discovery, and her music has spun on radio stations nationwide.
Beginning in 2019, Lynn focused on releasing a series of singles including “Didn’t I” which premiered on The Women’s International Music Network and dropped on March 1. The second single, “Look to Me” premiered on Substream Magazine on October 17 and is available everywhere now. Rachel Lynn is incredibly grateful to be celebrating the release of the third single in this series, “This Winter”, at Mercury Lounge alongside artists and friends iamchelseaiam and Kara Ali.

Kara Ali is a NY-based soulful Singer/Songwriter. Writing a fusion of rock, folk and soul her music marries a throwback feel with modern touches for a unique and honest sound. She has strong jazzy alto vocals and her lyrics are often introspective, playful and highly relatable. Kara’s latest works touch on self-discovery and LGBT love themes, employing metaphors and an earnest delivery.
Kara can be seen performing frequently on the NY Scene and has appeared at Hudson Hotel, Mercury Lounge, Bowery Electric, Rockwood Music Hall, Pete’s Candy Store, and the Bitter End among others. Additionally she has toured playing various east coast shows as well as venues on the west coast in LA and SF. Nearing a catalogue of 100 songs, her music has been featured in documentaries, web series', theater and radio shows. Kara is associated with Sofar Sounds, the NY Songwriter’s Circle and the RAW Artists Independent Talent network.
In 2019 she released a series of singles, Stars and the Moon, Love and Music, The Other Side of Sunshine and D_LETE. Her songs have been reviewed by Central Sauce, Come Here Floyd, Ear to the Ground, Staccatofy and other blogs and have amassed a total of ~25K streams for a strong independent start. All vocals, guitars and songwriting was done by Kara in collaboration with producer Rob Farren out of RLF Studios in Brooklyn. In 2020, Kara looks forward to taking her self-production to a new level and continuing to experiment with self-sufficiency as a modern artist. With a New York State of Mind and a Midwestern Spirit, Singer/Songwriter iamchelseaiam uses her guitar to deliver soulful melodic riffs, taking audiences on a rhythmic journey.
Playing multiple instruments since childhood, iamchelseaiam embarked on her musical path at the age of 9 and hasn't stopped since. Growing up in Cincinnati on an eclectic mix of Gospel, Jazz, Hip Hop and R&B, her musical influences span the likes of Stevie Wonder, Notorious BIG and the band Chicago. She has recently garnered comparisons to the likes of Elle Varner and Tracy Chapman. Her sound can be described as Acoustic R&B/Soul.
2015 showed continual growth for iamchelseaiam as she played the CMJ Music Festival in NYC as well as completed the No Boys Allowed College Tour. Also received numerous accolades such as placing in the iStandard Songwriting Competition as well as being nominated for Best Female Vocalist for the Dean's List Tour Awards show. Later that year iamchelseaiam released her live EP Live at the Bitter End" which is available on all digital outlets through Qi Media.
Earlier this year, iamchelseaiam completed her 3 city "Winners & Losers" tour performing in London, NYC and Chicago to support her recent single release "Winner & Losers". She can be seen playing around New York City at venues such as The Bitter End, Piano's, the prestigious Iridium NYC and SOB's.
