Alice Kristiansen EP Release

Alice Kristiansen

New York City based singer/songwriter, Alice Kristiansen, crafts beautiful, emotionally-charged music that creates a genuine connection with the listener. This talent is amplified by a dynamic voice capable of a degree of honesty that places the listener right in every impassioned moment of her music.

Alice has a dedicated following that started with Ashton Kutcher posting one of her covers to Facebook when she was a teenager and has since grown organically to over one million followers on her social media channels. Her latest track, “Marilyn” released November 8th is the first single from her debut original EP, “Streetlights”, due out December 6th. It marks an artistic turn from her recent electronic musical endeavors to a more organic effort lead by producer, Doug Schadt (Maggie Rogers).

Her music has been featured on Spotify’s coveted New Music Friday and New Music Friday UK playlists as well as Victoria’s Secret Fashion TV Show, and Blackbook Magazine proclaimed “We fell for her…it was a bit like Lana Del Rey, but with 10x the fire. You heard it here first: we think Alice Kristiansen is going to be a star.”

Since graduating from NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music in 2018, singer-songwriter/guitarist Nick Cianci has been releasing what he calls “pop songs about people having bad days” under his own name. His senior year at the program culminated in the release of his debut EP “High Fidelity Depressed” and he has put out a string of follow-up singles to date, including “Goodnight, and Happy Birthday!” which was visualized in a music video starring Maya Hawke (Stranger Things) and premiered on The Line of Best Fit earlier this year. He was recently added to Atwood Magazine’s Artists to Watch list of 2019 and has been described by the indie blog as “something of an alternative blend of John Mayer and Bruce Springsteen.” Cianci is currently working on a new EP and the first single “Prodigal Son” will be available to stream everywhere on December 6th.
