Will Abeles

Will Abeles has been performing stand-up comedy for the past six years all across the country. Using his natural storytelling abilities, Will draws from his various life experiences, such as working backstage at the Oscars to bussing glasses at a gay sports bar, to create a world that's both familiar and wildly fantastical to his audiences. Having been raised in a small town, yet spending his entire adulthood in New York, Boston and Los Angeles, Will has an unparalleled level of insightfulness, making him a complete individual, yet also relatable and above all else, funny.

Will was featured in TimeOut Magazine and UpOut.com for his bi-monthly stand- up comedy show, “Hey Guys!” at the Peoples Improv Theatre, which he produces and performs in. Alongside Will, “Hey Guys!” has featured comics from The Tonight Show, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, Comedy Central and HBO. He was also a featured performer on the Post-Grad Comedy Tour with Philly’s Phunniest Comedy Competition Finalist Alex Grubard. The two-week tour ran all through New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Will’s also a featured performer at Broadway Comedy Club on the monthly “Sleepless Scholar Comedy Show.” Formerly, he was the lead daily correspondent on the comedy news app Headliner and the host of Twenty.Me’s “Meet Me At SXSW” on Spreecast. Prior to moving to New York, Will was a featured comedian at The Comedy Studio in Boston, where he still performs regularly. He has also headlined at both the famous Ice House in Pasadena, CA and the Lexington Theatre in Los Angeles and was the opening performer on the Make Me Laugh Comedy Tour in Maryland.
