It's the RETURN of HOOP WARS! Miss Saturn (Jenny McGowan) and Miss Uranus (Tanya Gagne)'s muscle-milk-child from the last century. The WWHHF (World Wide Hula Hoop Federation) presents Rites of Spring, a Hula Hoop Battle of the Equinox. Its the Small Hip and Hoop division. The disco funk Bunny and the rock 'n' roll Chicken will blow your minds (and some other parts!) from start to finish in 5 rabble rousing rounds. Step aside GLOW! These ladies were doing your show before you were born!!!

Tanya Gagne

Tanya Gagne, the Mistress of Mayhem and more is part carny, part sailor, part showgirl, part flowerchild, is one half of the award-winning, neo-vaudeville sensation the Wau Wau Sisters as well as a long-time proud veteran of the Bindlestiff family Cirkus, LAVA, Circus Amok, La Clique and La Soiree. She is also the founder and director of the Trapeze Loft (1999-present) and Big Sky Works (2010-present) a circus school and multi-disciplinary community arts and performance space in Brooklyn, NY. Her work has been toured, awarded and produced far and wide from the Sydney Opera House to the Roundhouse in London, P.S. 122 (N.Y.) to The Mayan Theater (L.A.) and several festivals in the UK, Argentina, Hong Kong, the Phillippines and all over Europe.

Christopher Rozzi has performed his solo material in many venues, such as Joe’s Pub and The P.I.T., to name a few. Outré Island has been produced by Ars Nova as a part of their residency series, directed by Tony Award winner, Sam Gold. Chris is also is the creator of a successful art series called Tiny Confessions, the Secret Thoughts of Dogs, Cats, and Everything, which has recently been published as a book and multiple calendars.
