Rivky is often scared shipless, navigating bravely, an extraordinary storyteller, quirky, funny, beautifully messy, raw, theatrical, spreading light through song and curryaki matzoh-balls, a soulful foodie momma, nourishing audiences. A hidden prodigy, invited Off-Broadway where began her kickstart album release with her beautiful two fingered friend and cellist Brian Sanders, (ah yes, a kook and a cripple, kismet at its best, ey), performing at The Kennedy Center, benefits featuring, Suzanne Vega and Rivky’s recent song, produced by Grammy winning, Amy Lee, Evanescence. Rivky was raised in the Amish like Hasidic world, cut off from mainstream with modest dress codes, prohibited from singing publicly. She was born to a Venezuelan mother and an Israeli father, making her mix up some Ay dios and Oy vey cocktails at lounges everywhere.
