Johnny Clarke posesses one of the all time classic Reggae vocal styles - it's his voice you hear echoing out on so many great KIng Tubby dubs. He was named "Artist of the Year" in Jamaica in both 1975 and 76, and those were pretty good years musically speaking! Tracks like "King Of The Arena", "Every Knee Shall Bow", and "Give Up The Badness" are all time big tunes. HIs voice still sounds great and we can't wait to have him on the Dub Club stage again.
