Sara Davis Regan
Indie Folk / Singer-Song Writer from Austin TX
Indie Folk artist Sara Davis Regan is 25 and living in Katy, TX. She got her start when discovered by Penny and Sparrow, who became her musical mentors and co-producers. After touring with them, Davis finally released her first EP, Summit Hour in 2015. Her effortless musicality and her pure yet strong vocals make her a captivating performer. Her music swells with intricate layers of vocals and melody that are wildly mature and that tend to tug at your depths. All of this is woven together by words carefully chosen and honest.
She has been so kindly compared to the likes of Pheobe Bridgers, Ben Howard, Sylvan Esso, Sarah Jarosz, The Staves, Night Beds, Tow'rs, Bon Iver, and Penny and Sparrow.
Currently, Davis is posted up in Katy, TX with her husband, David, who works for Young Life. She’s writing her next project.
Singer Song/Writer from Dallas TX
Brody Price is a songwriter to the core, delivering stripped down country music in which the lyrics take center stage, proving that volume isn’t the only thing capable of turning heads.
As a teenager, Price fell in love with lyricists such as Todd Snider, John Prine and Guy Clark, and discovered that country music has always had a special place reserved for the outcast. Price’s sophomore effort, 'What’s the Point in Trying,' is a full-length collection of lo-fi country songs written and recorded last winter.
Laced with pedal steel and sparse fingerpicking, 'What's the Point in Trying' features songs that are just as raw emotionally as they are musically. 'I'm not doing anything new... and I'm not trying to.
All that I want to do is write about ordinary things in an extraordinary way... I think honest music can make people feel less alone. I hope that my records and live shows make people feel that way.
