Zagriculture is a Denver, Colorado based band whose sound is influenced by funk, rock, jazz and jam music. The band formed in May of 2012 originally consisting of Roni Zagoria on keys and lead vocals, Josh Smith on bass, and Craig Hoggatt on drums. Joe Zimmet later joined the band bringing his considerable trumpet skills to round out the sound. Most recently, the addition of guitarist Joel Cheney and Joe Lilly on saxophone has even furthermore contributed to the group's dynamic. Zagriculture has been steadily gigging around Denver, surprising crowds and winning fans as well as gaining support from venues and fellow musicians.
Combining reggae with the sounds of dub, fusion, and modern jam bands, Dub Haiku formed in Lyons, Colorado in 2016. The band consists of members Garrison Schulte (keyboards, melodica & vocals), Matthew Meloney (drums & vocals), G Money (guitar & vocals), and Alex Bullen (bass guitar & synthesizer). Their self-released, self-titled EP, was recorded just months after their lineup solidified and demonstrates their original songwriting and dedication to the genre. With a consistent concert schedule in the Boulder and Denver area and plans to record a full-length album, Dub Haiku is a band worth checking out!
Then I Fly
Then I Fly is a band formed by ex- Front Line Fighter members Cody Smith, GoGo George, and Garrett Shaffner. The three had been playing together since circa May 2006. In May of 2015 Joshua Williams picked up the bass and the trio have a chemistry that is nothing short of extraordinary! Then I Fly combines reggae, punk rock, and many other genres to express a characteristic sound!
