It teaches undergraduate students through its study abroad programs in Ireland and its interdisciplinary minor. It promotes Irish and Irish American artists through events like the Lowcountry Irish Fest and Celtic Night at the Music Hall. And it preserves the Irish experience in the American South by collecting oral histories and family papers.
