Jesse Egan - San Diego's Funniest Person Winner - Host of Tonight in San Diego!

Jesse Egan started doing stand-up comedy after a summer road trip took him from his hometown of Arlington, Virginia to the west coast. He was named part of the Best of San Diego at The Comedy Store in La Jolla California and in 2014 Jesse won first place in the San Diego’s Funniest Person Contest.
Jesse is the current host of Tonight in San Diego, San Diego’s very own late night variety talk show. TISD tapes live on Mondays 7:30pm at The Geoffrey Theatre at Spreckles, at 923 1st ave in downtown San Diego, and airs Saturdays at 11pm on CW6 San Diego TV and locally Thursdays at 10pm on KSDY channel 50. You can see Jesse’s nationally televised spots on KPBS TV and he’s also appeared on Union Tribune TV, Fox Rox TV, and in the documentary film Stage Time.
Jesse performs stand-up comedy all over the country and has opened for Dane Cook, Doug Stanhope, Chris D’Elia, Brian Posehn and toured with Nick at Nite’s America’s Funniest Mom, Vicki Barbolak. Jesse co-hosts two podcasts, Comics Talk Comedy, with comedian Jeff Bilodeau, and Sordid Tales, with San Diego columnist Edwin Decker.
Jesse’s comedic influences range from Dave Chappelle, Rodney Dangerfield, Richard Pryor, Dean Martin, Peter Sellers and Charlie Chaplin. Catch Jesse performing at clubs and colleges in your area or on!

Chris Espinoza most unrivaled comedic trait is his charisma. He easily hooks an audience with self-deprecating stories that are relatable. This California born comic gets his material from raw life experiences that provide a foundation for his weird stories and one liners. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Chris has been on the stage since he 14, staring in several plays growing up . So it was natural for him to grace the stage as comedian. Chris has vigorously worked on his acting and comedic career, performing in venues like The Comedy Store, Flappers and The Mad House Comedy Club. As well as landing roles on shows like Cine-Latino’s “Until the day I die " and CBS’s “Criminal Minds”. He always the comic leaving the audience with a lasting impression.
