Donnie Lynee is a Soul, R&B and Gospel singer and songwriter hailing from Cleveland, OH. She began singing at the age of four at family gatherings, which eventually lead to her singing in performance competitions and talent shows.
Donnie attended Cleveland School of Arts where she studied classical violin, vocal music, and jazz art. She started recording songs in high school with the S.T.A.R.S. Program under the direction of Chris Powell.
After taking a hiatus to begin a family, in 2015, Donnie starred as Angel of Mercy, Ornella Sturdevant in the critically acclaimed musical Leap of Faith at the nationally embraced Cleveland Karamu Theater.
