KBH Entertainment Presents:

ailing from the depths of Orange County, ambient anti-pop/indie collective, THE SHAKES, is led by songwriter, Sean Perry. Consisting of members: Cameron Pearson (guitar), Syd Tagle (keys/synth), Tanner Henderson (bass) and Levi Matulis (drums). Influenced by a broad range of sounds from 70’s rock/funk to 80s pop, to 2000 rnb, Perry has been able to incorporate elements from each decade to develop the unique sound/style that is THE SHAKES. Even before debuting a first single, Perrys diverse sound struck the ears of Francois Comtois (of Young The Giant), who overheard them, recording their first single at Music Box Studios in Fullerton,CA. Francois would go on to record drums for the track, which would become their debut single “Somebody” released August 2017. Immediately gaining attention. THE SHAKES wasted no time. Releasing their next single “Scrumptious” only 2 months after, which became an instant game changer. The unexpected success of the hit single, paired with strong turn outs at local headline shows (The Wayfarer and The Observatory in Orange County). Led to a memorable opportunity early 2018, opening for rising band, The Strike at the legendary Los Angeles venue, The Troubadour. Thus beginning the large scale, potential journey of a young band determined to give the people “something to talk about”. Their long awaited debut EP “With Every Moment”, released July 26th, 2018. Seeing over 100,000 streams within the first few weeks. The diverse EP, released completely DIY, is already receiving praise from many established online blogs. With some describing W.E.M as “Fresh” and “Infectious”. THE SHAKES, are off to an uncanny start and don’t look to be slowing down anytime soon.. Already in the works on their next single, coming this fall.

Sir, Please is an LA based indie-rock band, with a psychedelic edge. Their moving lyrics and unique sound creates a vibe that resonates with any crowd. Singer Shane Cronin’s powerful vibrato and Marshall Via’s overdriven lead guitar naturally fuses with Michael Leese’s crisp rhythm guitar and the driving grooves of drummer David Kohn and bassist Josh Cronin. The result is a contemporary sound, with hints of old.
