Clan of Xymox
The combination of dreamy minor harmonies, Ambient, Pop and Electro Dance fused together with the elegance of the 4AD label, made Clan of Xymox a rare event in the independent wave scene of the 80s. Both the albums "Clan of Xymox" and "Medusa" are rightfully regarded as classic releases that have lost none of their fascination Since their inception in 1981, their music has been constantly evolving, sometimes challenging but always breathtaking. Xymox are something special. A band fired by electronic music but determined to always make something with feeling that will make you swoon.
Fronted by veteran artist William Faith (of Faith and the Muse) and Sarah Rose (aka DJ Scary Lady Sarah), The Bellwether Syndicate are, as illustrated by their sonic avant-garde debut of combustible, sharp synths, droning dark-indie guitars and a glam-slam beat, coloring outside of prescribed genre lines, choosing here to push the boundaries of style and substance into something beautiful relevant and vital.
Austin, Texas based artist Curse Mackey is best known as lead singer of industrial supergroup Pigface, notorious Texas Tribal-industrial legends Evil Mothers and as a periodic member of My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult. Mackey has now launched a solo electronic-industrial project that includes new material and revamps of classic Pigface and Evil Mothers songs (including Spider Sex and Car Wrecks). Curse's sound is a future forward homage to the experimental side of industrial music, with doom fueled drones, sinister synth pulsations and dirty-minded beats layered upon hypnotic noise manipulations, scream of conscious lyrical prose and near trance inducing improvisations that evoke the ghosts of Throbbing Gristle, early Skinny Puppy, Lustmord, Coil, and the iconic projects Mackey has been a part of.
The Bellwether Syndicate
THE BELLWETHER SYNDICATE is the musical project of William Faith (of March Violets, Faith and the Muse, formerly of Christian Death, Shadow Project, Mephisto Walz, Sex Gang Children, etc.) and Sarah Rose Faith (aka DJ Scary Lady Sarah).
In March of 2012, we launched our first Kickstarter to produce our debut EP The Night Watch. The Kickstarter was a major success for us, reaching our stretch goal of $11,000. The EP came out in February of 2013, and was followed by shows and touring in the U.S., as well as appearances in the UK and Germany. It was a blast.
For quite some time now (years, actually), many of you have been asking when we would be doing a new album. We've always believed in producing music only when we have something to say. Now is that time -- and It's time to step it up.
We're ready to do a new album. There are a few pieces of gear we want to add to our studio rig to make the recording better, and we're currently looking at a few different engineers to mix the album. We're excited by the new song ideas we have and can't wait to share them with you (including small runs of vinyl and CDs).
We also want to back it up with some proper touring here at home, in Europe, Central and South America and beyond. We have a whole new show we want to take out on the road -- there's nothing we love more than connecting with you directly by playing live. It's why we do what we do.
Our sincere thanks and deepest gratitude for your support -- you are the ones who make all this possible!
All the love,
William & Sarah ∞

Austin based artist Curse Mackey is best known as lead singer and sample banger of industrial supergroup PIGFACE and tribal industrial act EVIL MOTHERS, and as a member of My Life with the Thrill Kill Kult. Mackey has recently launched a solo electronic industrial/darkwave project that debuted at the COLD WAVES FESTIVAL 2016 in Chicago which includes new material and revamps of classic Pigface and Evil Mothers songs (including Spider Sex and Car Wrecks).
Curse's sound is a future forward homage to the surrealistic side of industrial music, with doom fueled drones, slithering synth pulsations and dirty-minded beats layered upon hypnotic noise manipulations, scream of conscious lyrical prose as well as classic Wax Trax-era industrial dance tonalities that evoke the ghosts of early Skinny Puppy, Lustmord, Coil, and the iconic projects Mackey has been a part of. His participation in PIGFACE and other projects has led Mackey to collaborative opportunities with such luminaries as Ogre of Skinny Puppy, Martin Atkins of Ministry/Killing Joke, En Esch of KMFDM, Genesis P-Orridge of Psychic TV, Danny Carey of Tool, Mat Mitchell of Puscifer and many more. Curse has also just launched a new "electro-glam" project called AMOROUS which experienced a very successful Austin debut in August 2017.
For fans of dark glam/goth, experimental, industrial, electronic music this should be a tantalizing treat.
