ANDY JAMES FEAT. BILL CUNLIFFE & ALEX ACUÑA

“Andy James’ sound is smoky and luxurious with every lush detail of the music carried out exquisitely” – Riff Review

Andy James, international Flamenco star and recording artist, makes her Yoshi’s debut as part of her “Little Wow” Tour with renowned music director and arranger BILL CUNLIFFE. And as a unique addition to the February dates, ALEX ACUÑA will be joining the band with his acclaimed Latin Percussion embellishments!

Andy is celebrating her two latest Recordings, “No Regrets,” and “Shared Lives.” Top selections to be performed from the albums include music from Broadway and the Great American Songbook including “Whatever Lola Wants,” “What Is This Thing Called Love,” and “But Not For Me,” running all the way through to some of the most fantastic 60’s hits like “Moon River,” “Grapevine,” and “Peter Gunn.” Andy is a captivating performer that is elegant and exciting with just a little dash of wicked. Her regular band will be out in full force injecting the evening with power and style – they include Chris Colangelo (Bass), Jake Langley (Guitar), Marvin “Smitty” Smith (Drums), Kye Palmer (Trumpet), Charles McNeal (Alto Sax), and Brandon Fields (Tenor Sax). This is an evening you will not want to miss!
