Jimmy Eat World

Jimmy Eat World formed in Mesa, Arizona, USA in 1993. They are associated with an array of genres including alternative rock, indie rock and pop punk. Singer/guitarist Jim Adkins and drummer Zach Lind, who had been friends since kindergarten, joined forces with co-vocalist/guitarist Tom Linton and bass player Mitch Porter to try their hand at music. In its early years the band emulated the style of their punk rock influences, and they eventually recorded and released three singles and a full-length, self-titled album on local label Wooden Blue Records.

Cold War Kids

Cold War Kids are an American indie rock band from Los Angeles, California. Band members are Nathan Willett (vocals, piano, guitar), Matt Maust (bass guitar), David Quon (guitar, backing vocals), Matthew Schwartz (backing vocals, keyboards and piano, percussion, guitar), and Joe Plummer (drums, percussion). Forming in 2004 in Fullerton California, the band signed with Downtown/V2 and released their debut 'Robbers & Cowards' in 2006 to cult appeal from fans and critics. Cold War Kids went on to release records in 2008, 2011, 2013, culminating in 2014’s Hold My Home which produced the bands biggest single to date, “First”. In 2016 Cold War Kids signed to Capitol records and released their most recent studio album L.A. Divive in April of 2017. They are now out on tour supporting Audience, a live greatest hits record recorded at the Georgia Theatre in Athens and released in April of 2018.
