Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival
The Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival (PAAFF) is back, and better than ever with their largest program to date!
Founded in 2008 to showcase films by and about Asian Americans for audiences in the Greater Philadelphia region, PAAFF is a nonprofit organization that presents captivating programs that engage, inspire, and connect the community.
While PAAFF offers year round programming at various venues across Philadelphia, their marquee celebration is the annual festival hosted each November at International House and elsewhere throughout the city. Featuring over 40 film screenings, speaker panels, receptions, and special events - PAAFF’14 promises to be the most successful yet!
Many of this year’s events will feature guest appearances from today’s most popular Asian American filmmakers, as well as actors and directors from around the world.
The complete schedule of screenings can be found at www.paaff.org, and descriptions of all events taking place at IHP can be found at www.ihousephilly.org/paaff
