Worshipper

WORSHIPPER plays the kind of darkly epic rock that can only be found in the vinyl collection of your "cool uncle." Through their unique mix of contemporary and classic influences, WORSHIPPER prove that the horn-throwing soul of melodic heavy music of the past still burns brightly.

The Devil's Twins

Catchy, yet haunting, dueling vocals by Nikki Coogan and Jeremiah Louf— atop a wall of sound generated by only one guitar is what defines the unique sound of the Boston-based duo The Devil’s Twins. The press and their underground cult following—The 2crew—describe their sound as “noir punk”.

In support of their two underground releases—2013’s “Old Fashioned Mischief” and 2015’s “Consequences”—the Twins have shared the stage with acts such as July Talk (Island Records), Barrence Whitfield & The Savages (Bloodshot Records), and legendary punk groups such as The Addicts, The Misfits and The Casualties. They’ve gained a reputation for being an extremely high energy spectacle touching on a wide range of emotions; from explosive anger tantrums—beating guitars and tambourines into the stage—to whiskey-soaked, old-fashioned rock’n'roll foot stompers, all while keeping it light between songs with playful banter between the trio and the crowd.

After winning the Boston Music Award for Indie/Rock Artist of the Year 2016 (as well as a nomination for Live Artist of the Year) and their latest release titled "AMERICAN NOIR VOL. 1" for August 2017 featuring Rock/Hip-Hop crossover track "SATAN STONE" featuring the rapper/actor SLAINE, The Twins set their sights on the Boston Music Awards 2017; Nominated for Rock Artist of the Year, Music Video of the Year (Unsigned) and a class of 2017 617Sessions artist.

Tigerman Woah

Tigerman Woah is a 4 piece rock and roll band based out of Lynn, MA. Somewhere between Woody Guthrie and Motorhead they have taken the trendy nostalgia for the great early music of the U.S. South and Appalachia and combined it with the punk and rock and roll they were raised on. The upright bass and banjulele create a folky addition to the otherwise raucous lead guitar, drums, and gang vocals. The deep rasp of the lead singer is often compared to Tom Waits. There live shows are an energetic crucible of aggression and tenderness, marked by audience participation, flying hair, and heavy beer drinking. What started as a couple of underemployed friends learning songs off the American Anthology of Folk Music and the George Mitchell Collection has become a locally celebrated brotherhood dedicated to making music that moves people into mosh pits and onto picket lines. Since the band formed around their first EP in June of 2012 they’ve put out four more releases and played hundreds of shows, mostly around the northeastern U.S.

Heavy Necker

Heavy Necker burst onto the unsuspecting rock world in 2011 as a three-headed, rip-snorting party-beast fueled on classic rock, heavy blues, and the sweet narcotic of youth. Hailing from Peabody, MA where there are too few rockers to boot, they wave their freak flags high with sparkling bruised drums and electric guitars set to stun. Heavy Necker is Christopher George Cardone on guitar and vocals, Keith Kurpiel on bass, and Mike Damocles DeSantis on drums. The band has self-released 3 EPs, 1 Live recording, a 7” 45rpm vinyl record, and are currently in the process of writing and recording their first full length album.

Don't ask what kinda rock it is, because it needs no prefacing. What kind of rock are the Rolling Stones? Zep? Cream? The Hellacopters? It's that kind, man. It's ROCK. It's easy, it's sleazy, and it gets you right where you're going, every single time. Since then the three hip young dudes who keep this infernal machine ablaze have been tearing up stages all over the East Coast, blowing minds, breaking hearts and delivering high-contact, high-velocity, high-impact rock n' roll shows that leave audiences sore in the hip and satisfied, every time.
