For the US producer and singer, please use Matt Good!
Matthew Frederick Robert Good (born June 29, 1971) is a Canadian rock musician. He was the lead singer and songwriter for the Matthew Good Band, one of Canada's most successful alternative rock bands in the 1990s, before dissolving the band in 2002. In the years since the Matthew Good Band's disbanding, Good has pursued a solo career and established himself as a political and mental health activist.
Formed in the basement of a student house in Kingston, ON, Lost Cousins is an indie rock outfit known for thoughtful songwriting, intricate arrangements and high-energy live shows. Over the past year and a half Lost Cousins has toured throughout Ontario and Quebec, playing with many acts including Hollerado, The Wooden Sky, and Zeus. The band recently released their debut EP, Not Now What We Were, produced by Darryl Neudorf (Neko Case, Blue Rodeo) and they finished in the Top 10 in the national CBC Searchlight competition. Focused on creating music that fills body and mind, Lost Cousins present lush harmonies and creative rhythms, giving their sound a unique and ethereal quality that is truly its own.
