Joeski was born in Sunset Park, Brooklyn and raised in Corona, Queens, NY, a short ride away New York City's underground house scene. At the start of his career, Joeski was booked to play at NYC's Wunder Bar where the demand to get into a top pumping house club was insatiable.
Over the course of the next few years, Joeski began to build a career domestically and he became one of the founders of the famous NYC underground crew, "The Chocolate Factory". His work then expanded throughout NYC's historical clubs such as The Limelight, Tunnel, Palladium and N.A.S.A. He also played at the infamous East Village after-hours club "Save The Robots" with DJ Keoki. Shortly after, he accepted the residency for the "Together" Friday night party at "Club Roxy" playing alongside some of Americas finest DJ's, Danny Tenaglia, Little Louie Vega and Roger Sanchez to name a few.
Joeski has gone on to pursue an exciting international career including the completion of two world tours. He established himself as a prolific producer after developing the Maya Records label in early 2000 and has released numerous chart-topping hits such as his first release, titled "Hustlers Revenge".
We are extremely excited for JOESKI to be making his Sunday Night Mass debut… This up-close & personal showcase is not to be missed!
A genuine staple in Los Angeles and a frequent player abroad, Freddy Be has been delivering great music and first-rate events to Angelenos for more than a decade now. From the legendary weekly Monday Night Social, to the awe-inspiring annual Earthdance gatherings, Freddy's tireless efforts have been instrumental in defining the progress of Southern California's dance music culture since the late 90s.
Freddy began his DJ career in '94, spinning at full moon gatherings in California's Mojave Desert, and made his mark on the scene through a series of successful residencies, special events and international dj appearances.
2007 - 2009 saw the release of Freddy’s much anticipated studio collaboration with Trent Cantrelle of SOUNDS LIKE and DAVI of CROSSTOWN REBELS. Both these debut singles [Trent Cantrelle & Freddy Be "You don't have to cry"] and ["Holding Back - SOUL VIBRATION Lazy River Mix" with DAVI] received massive praise and plays from the likes of John Digweed, Sander Kleinenberg, Hernan Cattaneo, Sasha, Quivver, Danny Howells, Way Out West and many others; and has been featured on John Digweeds TRANSISTION RADIO as well as countless mix compilations with DJ like John Graham (Quivver) & Sander Kleinenberg.
Today, you can find Freddy Be playing at some of the best events in LA whether its at his home-base, Monday Social @ Sound, or making special guest appearances at ExchangeLA, Avalon, King King and the Sounds Like Terrace @ Dim Mak; you can be certain to hear some of the most forward thinking sound in today's ever changing climate.
