Acid Pauli, Nico Stojan & Britta Unders- limited entry at door $30

Acid Pauli ( Germany )

Born in the 1970s/seventies in Bavaria (Germany), Martin Gretschmann started to play bass guitar in a punk/indie band in the late eighties. At the same time he became interested in the evolution of electronic music and its instruments.
His first tracks were released in 1995 under the pseudonym "Console" and with the help of an Atari computer, a four-track tape machine, a sampler and a little synthesizer Martin produced his first album "Pan or ama" which was released in 1996.
Around the same time he joined "The Notwist" to bring the electronic sounds into the band. He has been a constant member of the band ever since.
After releasing several records, remixes, even radio plays (together with Andreas Ammer) and touring excessively, Martin finally decided to start another solo project: Acid Pauli, a club oriented live Set that evolved into an advanced DJ set over the years and incorporated not only techno and house, but all different kinds of music whilst always remaining on the dance floor.
In 2004 the transcontinental group "13&God" was formed by the members of "The Notwist" and the experimental hip hop crew "Themselves" (Oakland/ California) joined the list of bands Mr. Gretschmann is part of.
And as another new project he joined a little collective who opened a music club in Munich called "Rote Sonne" which has been the playground for international renowned DJs, live acts and bands for about ten years now.

In 2011 Gretschmann moved to Berlin and of course got well connected there into the scene that includes clubs like "Bar 25" and "Katerholzig". Also he started a creative collaboration with "NU" and the friends of the new artistic project of "The Feathered Sun".
At the beginning of 2014 "The Notwist" released a new album called "Close To The Glass" and started touring around the world.
Despite the fact that the artist Acid Pauli still seems in his early development, he played with his friend and colleague Damian Lazarus at the "Day Zero" Festival. Moreover, he developed a "sound performance" for an exhibition in Japan and performed on the "Robot Heart”stage at the Burning Man.
Over the past year, he released several remixes, a collaboration with Monolink and a Feathered Sun record, as well as playing worldwide and hosting a weekly Ibiza party, Acid Sundays. In 2016 Acid Pauli will be releasing some highly-anticipated material and exploring some new ventures, film music, for example.
Let's see what happens next!

Nico Stojan ( Ouíe / Bar 25 / URSL- Berlin)

Nico Stojan's rise within the Berlin house scene started with a residency inside the famed walls of Bar 25. His sets there always had the Stojan stamp – tech house with modern injections of jazz and soul that honored his past as one of Berlin's best hip hop DJ's.

When Bar 25 closed its doors, new ones had already begun to open, and his deep, almost pensive take on Berlin night music had him spending his weekends playing clubs such as Panoramabar, Watergate and of course, Bar 25's spawn, Katerholzig.

A classically trained clarinette player, he often surrenders its sound live, weaving it through the lusty mood of his sets – it was only natural that he evolved from DJ to producer and soon the Berlin underground were being treated to his own releases on labels such as Highgrade, Connaisseur and Upon You records. Collaborating with other artists has been an important role on his journey - leading to projects and remixes for the likes of Pele, Nicone, Acid Pauli, NU, Philip Bader and Andri to name a few.

With his European successes having taken him all over the continent, Nico's fate pushed him onto an international platform. Venturing to bottom of the earth, he has taken bookings all over the Pacific ocean whilst being the right man for the job in supporting international acts when on tour. In New Zealand he finds solitude in the greenery, a habitat that allows him to produce music in peace before heading back to Berlin for the summer months.

Having had residencies since he was 16 and a feel for music that is apparent through every set and release that makes bloom, this kid from Kreuzberg really has his path set out. I want to say 'watch this space', but we already are.

BRITTA unders (Katermukke)

The year is 2016. Britta Arnold, space-girl, love child and musical jetsetter meets Unders, world traveller, mad scientist and former Tin-Tin impersonator.
It was here that two mirrors met, two ambitions joined and two styles merged to create what is now known as Britta Unders.
Whether playing music to weekend ravers, swinging in the studio shaping emotions into sound, or casually planning their creative futures involving bus trips, mobile studios, remixes, releases and beyond, these kindred spirits are inhaling and exhaling each moment like the full moon does the tides. It’s natural.
After their auspicious meeting at Britta’s Grrr Mit Brrr party in the magical country of Kater Blau on the banks of the river Spree, much was to happen for our spirited duo.
In a matter of months, the chemistry between them had already created an EP for Katermukke, a remix for Jonas Saalbach on Einmusika and remixes for Nico Stojan & JAW, Be Svendsen and Arman Miran.
For Britta, who co-founded and managed the Bar 25 label, and Unders, with twenty years of experience in the electronic industry as both DJ, producer and promoter, this combined love of music, life and international globe-trotting created an unstoppable flow.
Soon they were playing at some of the most reputable gatherings around the flat earth: Bachstelzen stage at Fusion Festival, Shoeless parties in Old Mokum, Woomoon in Ibiza — then Burning Man and New York through to South America, Africa and their home stomping grounds of Europe.
Together, their productions and DJ sets are spacious, tripping, techy and transportive. But somewhere, there is also a bearded shaman in neon playing the Glockenspiel while channeling the spiritual music of the world. Simply put, this is the sound of an extremely bright future.

Lola Villa (Zero Fucks)

Her travels have brought her closer to both her Latin American roots and a borderless exploration of global sounds. When playing, Lola invokes landscapes, animals & rituals of her homeland Colombia – a country rich in Amazonian, Andean, Afro and Arab musical legacies. Her electronic sound is for that exact same reason a profound journey of melodies, a playground of rhythms going beyond genres and boundaries.
