Mario Di Sandro
Mario Di Sandro is a Singer-Songwriter from Chicago who moved to the Bay Area in June of 2011 and settled into the foggy and cool Outer Sunset neighborhood in San Francisco shortly after. Mario has been writing lyrics ever since he stopped paying attention during class in high school. In 2000 he started putting those lyrics to music and in 2001 he formed his first band Bad Frequency. Various hiatuses and 7 drummers later, they reformed in 2005 and 2008 as On The Lam.
Amassing a couple hundred original songs in his personal repertoire and a dozen or so covers, Mario set sail to live his dream to pursue life and music on the West Coast. Since moving to San Francisco, he has joined a superbly talented pool of fellow musicians and has never been more inspired to play and share his music.
He has since released 9 albums in a short 5 year period and is working on a 10th by the end of 2016. Lessons (Learned) , Live at the 100+ Year Old Church (live album) , Give and Take , Loneliness , Things Since You , You Are a Stranger Here, But Once… , Forsaken and Forlorn , World Gone Mad , Under the Cover (covers album) , and the forthcoming, Walk a Mile
