Skout, Wylder

Skout is an emerging indie/folk artist based in New York City. Her signature combination of intricate, percussive acoustic guitar work, captivating songwriting, and nuanced vocals demonstrate a musical prowess far beyond her 23 years. Skout's talent, humor, and charisma have led to multiple sold out shows at famed New York City venues, proving her merit as an exceptional live performer. Skout has carved a musical niche of her own with her distinct style, which has drawn comparisons to acts ranging from Fleetwood Mac to Ben Howard. Candor, rawness, and self-reflection permeate Skout's music, and feature prominently on her debut EP "Again Anew," recorded with Brooklyn's Mason Jar Music (Andrew Bird, Feist) and released in November 2014. Skout is a rapidly rising artist, and can be found playing guitar by the East River, touring the east coast throughout 2015, and on your music platform of choice.

Wylder

Wylder combines the best elements of indie-rock and chamber-folk. Informed by alternative rock giants such as Arcade Fire and Weezer, as well as the folkier sounds of Fleet Foxes and Radical Face, Wylder's dynamic melodies and heavily textured instrumentals have distinguished them as a significant voice in the independent music scene.

Formed by singer/guitarist Will McCarry in 2012, the group eventually grew to its current lineup in 2016, featuring Lonnie Southall (guitar/mandolin), Mike Pingley (drums), and Jackson Wright (bass). Wylder’s debut album, Rain and Laura, was released in April of 2016, and was met with enthusiastic reviews from fans and critics alike. They are currently hard at work on their next full length album.
