The members of Chemistry Club have each cut their teeth and honed their skills in the Denver scene, playing with acts such as The Still City, Almost Legends, Bad, Rooster Brothers, Otto Von Cousticon, and Dore Taylor, to name a few. Now, they have joined forces to bring their brand of Indie/Pop/Rock to the masses.

Monroe Sky is an alternative rock band based out of the Colorado Front Range. The five members, Aaron Crownover(Bass), Clint Petrun(Drums/Percussion), Jason Bell(Guitar/Vocals), Matt Sanders(Guitar), and Terran Hause(Keyboard/Vocals) combine their varied musical backgrounds to create the distinct sound that is Monroe Sky. Originally created for a Jazz performance requirement at the University of Denver, with Clint, Jason, and Matt, they later moved to a more rock oriented approach. Jason’s catchy lyrics and structures, combined with Clint’s unique fusion of syncopated rock beats, and Matt’s riff centered guitar playing created the nucleus for the first Monroe Sky songs. The later additions of Terran Hause, who provides soaring vocal harmonies in addition to keyboards, and Aaron Crownover’s thumping-funk-o-licious bass lines, rounded out the current line-up of Monroe Sky. After playing numerous shows in the Colorado Front range area, and learning many of the ins and outs of on stage performance and the music business, Monroe Sky announced their partnership with the Denver based 3800 Records. Monroe Sky continues to produce catchy, listener friendly songs appealing to a wide audience. They look forward to continuing their musical endeavors while expanding their audience and musical knowledge.
