From standing on her bed, singing into her hairbrush in Upstate New York at the age of 5…to playing sold out respected venues and festivals in Central Florida…Melissa’s music is as diverse as her upbringing. Influenced by such artists as Queen, Billy Joel, Sheryl Crow, The Beatles, The Stones, Matchbox Twenty & Melissa Etheridge, Crispo’s style leaves an impression on every ear that hears her.
Melissa has written and recorded numerous solo projects, crafting her songs from personal experience and heartache. Her songs are a diary of her soul set to a melody. Melissa’s instinctive nature to capture an audience with her passionate lyrics are the main reason that her fanbase stretches throughout the state of Florida and beyond. Crispo's latest BIG opportunity was this past October when she was added to the Melissa Etheridge Cruise lineup. That opportunity opened doors to gaining new fans from across the nation & beyond and being asked to perform on the Country Cruising Cruise along with artists such as Chris Young, Kelsea Ballerini, Locash, Montgomery Gentry & Diamond Rio. Crispo has also opened for such acts as STYX, Sophie B. Hawkins & Jefferson Starship.Though Melissa’s music wouldn’t necessarily be deemed “country,” her music even inspired the largest country station in Florida, the 100,000 watt powerhouse 97 Country WPCV, to spin her singles “You’re Gone” & "Tomboy."
If Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow and Stevie Nicks had a love-child, you would get the powerhouse voice of Melissa Crispo!! Her debut album “A Break in the Clouds” and her brand new EP "Tomboy" are available on iTunes, Amazon and Pandora Radio. Crispo then heads back in the studio to give you more!
Lauren has loved to sing since she was a small child who grew up watching her dad up on stage playing guitar and singing classic country and rock music. She fell in love with the gorgeous harmonies of old gospel hymnals and began writing as a form of expression. She went on to study music at Rollins College and has been actively writing songs and playing music ever since.
Lauren recently won a songwriting competition hosted by 103.1 the Wolf radio station and co-wrote a song with Johnny Bulford at Warner Chappell in Nashville. She plays music all over Central Florida and has notably performed at Carnegie Hall, the BlueBird Café, the Okeechobee Music Festival and the Fringe Festival.
Lauren’s debut album ‘My Love,' released in 2014, is a soothing blend of Americana and Jazz melody lines. Her new album ‘Beginnings and Endings’ is full of catchy melodies with a country music flair. Both albums are available now on her website.
Alabama born artist, Bob Green, loved music from an early age getting his first guitar by age thirteen. Focusing early on the blues, Bob has since found his unique voice, a style blending rock and blues, with a little bit of a southern influence. Moving to Orlando, Florida after college, he started playing live shows all around the southeast. His debut album, "Diamonds and Dead Roses", is a prime example of his songwriting talent, with lyrics from the heart and haunting melodies. His current band consists of good friend and drummer Mike Whitaker, experienced bassist Ted Herrera and acclaimed Orlando sax player Dean Mongerio.
