Situated in the heart of the Castro (at Market and Castro St.) in San Francisco, Bisou, "petit baiser," in English "Kiss," is bringing traditional French cuisine in a new style and based on locally and organically grown products.
Bisou offers dinner and weekend brunch menus, but also provides late-night dinner that pairs well with a delicious cocktail or glass of wine.
Sol Food began by selling their food at the San Rafael’s Farmers Market in 2003. In 2004, Sol Food opened their first restaurant on 4th street (at Lincoln). Although it was only 280 square feet with indoor seating for six, the tiny location thrived, as customers were content to eat at the planter box in the parking lot- often the only seating available. This is because Sol Food is incredibly fresh Puerto Rican Food with unique and delicious flavor combos, also known for their homemade sauces. You can buy a bottle in the restaurant to have at home- Pique Hot Sauce and Lemon Garlic Sauce.
Divining Rod Wines
The Divining Rod Wines are sourced from ideal locations that we like to consider hallowed ground. Alexander Valley was chosen as the perfect sanctuary for our Cabernet Sauvignon, while our Chardonnay hails from the sacred grounds of the Santa Lucia Highlands. Exceptional vineyard conditions provide us with superior quality grapes from which our elegant, balanced and expressive wines are crafted. We love these wines. In fact, we think they’re “Divine!”
Hillside Supper Club

SF Weekly invites you to our 5th annual DISH event highlighting all of the top restaurants & wineries that SF has to offer. This year's DISH takes place on Sunday, September 30th from 2pm-5pm at Terra Gallery. Sample culinary delights from 40 restaurants, wineries, spirits, and beers. The mission of La Cocina is to cultivate low-income food entrepreneurs as they formalize and grow their businesses by providing affordable commercial kitchen space, industry-specific technical assistance and access to market opportunities.
