Live Performance of "When We Are Alone" Featured on Nash Unplugged

(Nashville, TN) – Coming straight off her smash summertime single, "Put It In Your Pocket," Sonia Leigh delivers yet again with her latest single, "When We Are Alone," which debuted this weekend on Sirius XM The Highway's On The Horizon. Co-written and produced by Danny Myrick, Leigh says the single "pushed creative boundaries." An exclusive live acoustic performance of "When We Are Alone" is currently featured on Nash Unplugged HERE.

"When We Are Alone" is available now on iTunes HERE.
An emerging artist, Leigh has already demonstrated her prolific songwriting skills with the well-known hits "Sweet Annie" and "Goodbye In Her Eyes." Her special brand of female-attitude and modern country has been seen alongside such well-known names as Eric Church, Eli Young Band, Loretta Lynn and Willie Nelson.
ABOUT SONIA: Sonia Leigh relocated to Nashville in 2012 from her longtime home of Atlanta, Georgia and quickly won over the hearts of audiences and industry alike with her gritty vocal delivery and bold, disarmingly honest approach to songwriting. She found success in Music City with the release of 1978 December (distributed through Zac Brown's Southern Ground Label). Her Summer independent release, "Put It In Your Pocket," debuted as a Highway Find on Sirius XM's The Highway and climbed to the Top 20s on their Hot 45 Countdown. She has performed extensively worldwide as both a headliner and support act for such well-known names as Eric Church, Eli Young Band, Loretta Lynn, and Willie Nelson. Also an accomplished songwriter, she co-wrote the Zac Brown Band's smash hits "Goodbye In Her Eyes" and "Sweet Annie." More information & tour dates can be found at:

The Line

The LiNE is comprised of Virginia Beach's Leland Grant and South Dakota native Hailey Steele. As soon as the two met in Nashville in 2008 while pursuing their own careers in country music, it was off to the races. The pair immediately started writing, and with the help of hit songwriter and producer Stephony Smith, The LiNE was formed. Their music has the harmonic influences of The Beatles and Simon and Garfunkel, vocal influences of Don Henley and Sheryl Crow, and the keep-them-guessing lyrics and almost tangible tension of Fleetwood Mac. They have appeared together on season 2 of NBC's The Voice, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and more. The LiNE has toured the country in many different ways, including a multi-city NASCAR tour that included singing the National Anthem live on ESPN. After the voice, The LiNE took a break to pursue their solo endeavors. During that time, Leland has garnered attention (breaking top40) as a producer, writer and has toured the world working with different artists. Meanwhile, Hailey has written songs for artists like Raelynn (Boyfriend) and Kalie Shorr (Fight Like A Girl) and been a part of CMT's Artist Discovery Program. The LiNE has continued to remain friends and create music together, and will be releasing a full length record of fan favorites as well as new material in 2017.

Jacob Thomas Jr.

Born and raised in Southern Lousiana, one listen and Jacob Thomas Jr. would have you figuring he spent his youth performing in cowboy bars and trucker dives. You'd only be half right. While Saturday nights were spent cavorting with sinners, Sunday mornings would find him, albeit hungover at times, entertaining saints.
Outfitted with only his acoustic guitar and his voice, Original Sin, Thomas' debut LP, is a collection of experiences. With the majority of songs being first takes, the lack of production invites the listener to pay close attention to what's being said, the stories being told, and the heartbreak being felt or dealt. Jacob never pretends to be the good guy, and his honesty, which can be unsettling at times, is ultimately revealing.
