Scriptfaced Presents: There's Something About Mary

Scriptfaced Presents: There's Something About Mary

SCRIPTFACED presents a LIVE, staged reading of the Farrelly brother's romantic-comedy classic "THERE'S SOMETHING ABOUT MARY" - with the actors and audience drinking along to classic lines and moments throughout the crudely hilarious script. A perfect Valentine's Day for lovers and livers - stick up your hair, zip up your franks and beans, and come enjoy a night out...with or without the baby-batter on the mind.

This is a faithful recreation of the film with balls-out performances and lots and lots of drinking - for you and the actors.

SCRIPTFACED

SCRIPTFACED was founded by Natalie Storrs (AEA) and Jeff MacKinnon (SAG-AFTRA) - two lovers (who met at Union Hall) and bored actors who just wanted to have fun with friends performing their own take on a classic theater tradition: performing wasted. But why sully the works on the Broadway and "real" theater, when they could sully the revered works of legends past...right?

We are a collective of actors and comedians who work on- and off-stage, in-front of the camera and behind it, in order to stave off the beating drum of routine life. Thus, sometimes, they need to get drunk and act a fool.

We are born and raised at Union Hall, under the twelfth stair just shy of the bathroom. It's cool down there. It's dramatically lit. It's super fun but in a way that is also sad sometimes.

Join us when we emerge from our humble womb to entertain one and all!!

Our collective grows...Carly Ann Filbin (@CarlyAnnHasFun), Harrison Greenbaum (@HarrisonComedy), Noelle Marion, Mike McLean, Joe Meallo, Matt Roper (@MrMattRoper)...and more!
