Head out to Ben Franklin Parkway, Lemon Hill or 27th and Pennsylvania Ave (You can even stand just outside the North Star) and watch the Fireworks. Then come back to the North Star and RELAX while the insanity clears up! Drink Specials ALL NIGHT!
