Prizehog
"Prizehog, a three piece band from San Francisco, has been playing music since 2006. They have played in houses, venues and festivals with such bands as Jello Biafra and the Guantanamo School of Medicine, Phil Manley, Hepa/Titus, New Thrill Parade, Moira Scar, Genesis Climber, Wildildlife, Mammatus, Ovens, Ghetto Blaster, Capsule, Diesto, Rabbits, Wolvserpent, Cough, Slough Feg, and many other amazingly talented folks.
In 2008, Prizehog self-released their EP “Alive and Well”, in June of 2011 they released their first full length, “Thought Nest” on Saint Rose Records and in May of 2012, "A Talking To", a 3-song EP, on Gravity Records. Prizehog is Rion (Guitar/Vocals), Zakk (Drums/Vocals) and Veronica (Synthesizers) ."
Pink Films
"Southern California scuzz-rockers Residual Echoes – the work of one Adam Payne – kick up a seriously psychedelic racket on their self-titled debut release. ... Payne is buddies with current psych darlings Comets on Fire and Six Organs of Admittance, and it's not difficult to tell why such groups would be enraptured by the Echoes' cranked-up splatter. Even eternal wild man and underground rock god Julian Cope has fallen under the group's spell. Last January, he posted a panting, 1600-word review of the LP on his site." --Dusted.com
